@Xplornet BTW...the dealer “New Horizons Communications” that u use that was originally sent 2 fix my issue-I had 3 #’s for them. Left many messages. No 1 there answers their phones/doesn’t return calls. I looked up their FB page & their feedback is horrendous. Why use a dealer like that?

Any one of us with the ‘Kings of Throttle’ Xplornet. Last evening after being dropped from another Zoom meeting, I called ‘’again.’’ As usual I’m stupid and they are smart kind of conversation went on with Xplor for an hour instead of my Zoom meeting.

@Xplornet 2/2 it took SO MANY phone calls...all over a modem. U guys really dropped the ball, and was told so by the supervisor that I had to finally ask to speak to to get a resolution. It shouldn’t have come to that. As soon as another option comes to my area, I’m SOOOO done w/u!

@rliwczak @Xplornet @starlink Yeah, when I set up my most recent labtop, when connecting it to my wifi, it actually told me that the "security network was outdated consider changing networks or talk to your service provider"

@Mullin_95 @BaldurBarons @Xplornet I like the fibre, it’s fibre to towers but $200 setup, $56 after that. Knew lots of people paying $140 plus for crap explore net when I had it.
