@Xplornet I contacted your customer support yesterday. I waited 1 hr 25 min on hold to get through. They couldn't help me and said they would pass my issue on to a specialized service team who is not available 24/7. I have yet to hear back. This issue has gone on for three days now.

@rantonstupidity I am technically in Belleville, but only because of Harris. I'm actually in the country with nothing that resembles a cable within 2 km. DSL failed because of crappy wires that were not being maintained. Xplornet was terrible. No 5G out here either and Bell is throttling I think

@LimestoneDSB Now day 15 with unstable internet. Xplornet needs to get going. We've been patient but enough is enough. This is the big rural internet provider !

@Xplornet @DK27029598 Any suggestions on how to get an appointment for a tech to restore my internet that's been out since Dec 29? I call support but don't get a call from repair tech. Pathetic service. Do better or hand over to someone who can.

@Xplornet @thebrain2012 I have been waiting 12 days for a service app't. I have no internet at all. Repeated calls get nowhere but a new promise of an app't. Disgraceful. Did get my monthly invoice on time though. Funny how you never miss that.
