    @Xplornet 1/after days of hell your customer service supervisor said a tech needed to be sent out at my expense. He then hung up on me. He said when I expressed costs already personally incurred with frustration that if I was not going to be professional he would end the call.

    Still can't come over we have access to zero providers that offer unlimited internet in Nunavut. @Xplornet I have paid tens of thousands while being a loyal customer. Never any meaningful offerings, never any meaningful breaks.

    @Xplornet Hi folks. I need to password protect my WiFi. This should be easy but it's not. Can you scrap the IP router network nonsense and give us the option right on myxplornet's website?

    @Xplornet 2/ professional? I've spend years of frustration and coat. Now 2 days of constantly trying to reach your company. Bad tech advice and finally was told I gave to pay to fix it myself. And then a hang up. Please advise because I'm emailing your entire ***

    @Bocabec99 @Xplornet Same. Every few days the past month was getting an email about upgrades from 8am until 8 pm. Hard when you work from home. I have no cell signal here, can't tether. Ended up working from @Reedspointpub one day. That was a positive actually, but it has been a bad month for sure.

    Going on 60min currently on hold to cancel our @Xplornet service. There is zero chance we would recommend them for rural internet. They are a complete disappointment. #bebetter

    3/ absolutely terrible customer service in trying to work that out. Would not recommend @Xplornet for anyones rural internet needs

    @Xplornet I was so glad when I moved to an area where we could also access Telus Smart Hub and xplornet wasn't the only option. Painfully slow and expensive for such tiny data packages.
