Xplornet is the worst internet providing service I’ve ever used, had people come out 3 times in the past 5 months don’t get what I pay for and 95% of the time it’s not even working. -1/10

  • miket136 Michael Thomlinson (@miket136) reported

@NinesCatudio I gave up on Xplornet years ago; it was always the same story “we’re upgrading our equipment, service has improved!” But it never did.

  • HeatherTownFink Heather (@HeatherTownFink) reported

@Xplornet my internet is down AGAIN!! Ughhhhh....central Alberta.

  • billgatescooka brandon (@billgatescooka) reported

@Xplornet Oversold your towers in the past and fixing them now that there’s other options doesn’t make that right not to say I wouldn’t be satisfied with the service working but you know what you did and Because of that me and several other people are still being affected

  • NinesCatudio Nine's Catudio (@NinesCatudio) reported

@miket136 After many years of being a happy Shaw customer, I dived into Xplornet swamp after moving rural. Last fall I cut all ties. I could not pay for 1 MBPS the price of the promised "improved" 10 MBPS. My cell provider delivered a good plan. I only Hotspot anymore.

  • billgatescooka brandon (@billgatescooka) reported

@Xplornet You will probably block me for this when all anybody has wanted is just for you to fix your service and you never cared until something else was available as I already said three times but considering you cant use a calculator to divide the bandwidth on your cells or grade 3 math

  • MaizeingPete Pete Archer (@MaizeingPete) reported

@CousineauAlbert @tenwattandrew @Xplornet They are always the worst option it seems. Trouble is sometimes they r the only option

  • Nep03034037 Nep (@Nep03034037) reported

@FeministHousew1 @Xplornet Yea there just full of **** they ended up blocking me lol they really do care for the customers

  • lilsugarshack Dee Dafoe (@lilsugarshack) reported

@Xplornet Just got the confirmation that intent will be down from 8am - 10pm tomorrow again. Two days without access to online learning for students and internet for this working from home. Beyond frustrating!!

  • communik8e Katie 🇨🇦🌸 (@communik8e) reported from Municipal District of Foothills No. 31, Alberta

@jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!
