    @Xplornet That the same reason you tell your customers when they aren't getting the speeds they pay for? "Our packets have flown south for the winter, your speed should increase by summer time." Explornet is a terrible ISP, avoid xplornet. #CancelExplornet

    @Xplornet Maybe your company should use equipment that can handle cold below minus 36 windchill! Never had this problem until our equipment “upgrade” after you took over Inet in Manitoba. 😡

    @Xplornet It may be just the beginning of winter, and some Xplornet customers have gone south for winter but this particular Xplornet customer remains in Canada to face the terrible service. #CancelExplornet
