@Saittech89 @CarttCa @Xplornet As a Starlink customer I can say two things: The initial cost is high at $800. The monthly cost is higher than I was paying to Xplornet. I can also say it works amazingly well and they are very up-front about ongoing issues the network is having and what they are doing to fix.

  • IainReid10 Iain Reid (@IainReid10) reported

@Xplornet I contacted your customer service via Chat and was told that to move to 50/10 service I need to pay $99 for new hardware. I currently have 50/3 service. Could you confirm?

  • IainReid10 Iain Reid (@IainReid10) reported

@Xplornet Apparently you want another $100 to upgrade to this service. Seems like a money grab as you cannot provide anywhere close to 50/3 I am supposed to get right now.

  • snocross26 Brian Glowach (@snocross26) reported

@Xplornet Our download speed is 2mbps.... right since the day it was installed... the installer said that we have a strong signal... you want your service payment for the upcoming month... fix our ******* internet.... NOW!!

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Mark_Goldberg @Xplornet What is their definition of "full speed"? You get the full speed you pay for? Or Our network is full so you'll get the speed you get. I think I know which one.

  • Paulywoggsvoice Paul Adamson (@Paulywoggsvoice) reported

@Xplornet That's rich. So you actually guarantee some servicable level of speed now? Naw, you continue to take ridiculous liberty with the term "up to". In the case of anyone I know who's used your service, that typically means 3 down/.25 up. #Juststop

  • SmevyBean Matrixxxツ (@SmevyBean) reported

@Xplornet is so bad, i had to purchase extra data on my phone last month because I can't even use my dogshit xplornet internet. Imagine ripping customers off that badly, i don't even get 1 mb/s half the time.

  • Saittech89 Saittech (@Saittech89) reported

@Xplornet I can't wait for my starlink dish to show up so I can cancel with you guys.

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

Just had my first real outage with @SpaceX Starlink. Lasted about a half hour, maybe 45 minutes. My account portal had a banner that told me about it AND gave an ETA for a return of service. Two things I've never seen that pathetic excuse for an ISP @Xplornet ever do.

  • marshmat Matt Marsh (@marshmat) reported

Oh, there it is. Tonight's annoying regular unscheduled long outage is an hour late. Tsk, tsk, @Xplornet
