    @xplore_ca I have called tech support 50 times and they can’t fix the issue. It’s too many customers on the Pugwash Nova Scotia tower. You can’t fix my problem till you fix the tower. Most of the people in my area are switching over to star link. I will too this spring.

    lol Xplornet thinks I’m gonna wait six days for them to come fix my internet. If it’s not done by Monday they’ll never see another dime. @Bell would you like a new customer? Who wouldn’t?

    @xplore_ca Everyone could have got Starlink and no one needed to get free money for that. Stupid corrupt government and the company is no better.

    So disappointed in the Government of New Brunswick. They are going to hand pick a few houses to receive the Starlink Rebate so they can say they helped. Total bullshit. Most people like myself have waited 18 years for something dependable and fast. Xplornet sucks plain and simple

    @xplore_ca Still blows my mind how you can't update your customers during the outage but you'll share posts about bald eagles casually. Was on hold for over 3 hours trying to figure out what was going on and didn't get through to anybody.

    @xplore_ca sent someone to "upgrade" my service to a new nearby tower and my service went from "fair" to "almost unusable." The contractor brushed off my immediately noticing it was worse as if I can't tell the difference between my wifi and my Net speed.
