@BrockLupton @Xplornet Since they won't get back to you I will. Throughout the day their support number had a message saying they had issues with their Deseronto site, affecting Napanee. The message is gone now so hopefully that means things are fixed. Fingers crossed.

This article does not cover the idea that a Rogers/Xplornet deal wld involve a network sharing agreement but that'd be folly b/c it assumes Rogers would do what it’s interests are 180° opposed to: support a new formidable 4th mobile operator to replace one that already exists. 8/

Update: It's been 24+ hours that our internet has been out for @Xplornet We called your customer service with no help, our equipment ISN'T broken as it NEVER is. You always want us to pay $100 to get it fixed and then it turns on again without "fixing" FIX YOUR **** SERVICE.

  • SafetyCarm Carmella Steinke (@SafetyCarm) reported

@erdocmom @TELUS This is great to hear! Our bandwidth with Xplornet is so bad we added a Telus Hub (yes we pay for 2 internet providers), and still have some issues.

  • NancyBuchanan12 Nancy Buchanan (@NancyBuchanan12) reported

Attention xplornet customers!! Not only is the company super awful with poor coverage and even worse customer service, they’re also common thieves who steal by charging credit cards even after their services are terminated. Do not trust them. @Xplornet

  • nature_backpack Nature’s Backpack (@nature_backpack) reported

@Xplornet Rural service is lacking big time. We get poor service with a big price tag. Rural connection should be lower.

  • TomCrinstam 🇨🇦 Tom Crinstam 🇨🇦 (@TomCrinstam) reported

wants to help us out by donating a unit, it will likely be through Xplornet as we just can't afford anything else. Once that happens, I hope to add some live feed nature cams around the property.

  • ChuckSummers15 Chuck Summers (@ChuckSummers15) reported

@Xplornet They will get to visit the dog over and over again, until the customer gives up and just accept that they will never get anything close to what is promised from the isp. At that point they will stop calling, because it's a waste of time and too late to get out of the contract.
