  • IanMcPHE7T2 Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported

@Xplornet @kevdevlyn I even rented their hub router after being told by them that it was much faster than my lynksys router. Bullshit. $123 per month for a 1.5 Mg download “speed”. My home security camera is useless when the signal creeps along. That’s when there is a signal. I’m using phone data

@Katy_marsh86 @Xplornet There's nothing wrong with Xplornet. You pay the bill, the money goes into @APLenehan's pocket. No problem! How dare you suggest we are anything other than just a cash cow. You'll get what Xplornet gives you and you'll LIKE IT!

  • Eric_Chenel Eric (@Eric_Chenel) reported

@Xplornet What the hell is going on? We've been down since 12pm on Wednesday, could this maintenance not be done overnight or on a weekend??

  • ze1ium zelium (@ze1ium) reported

@Xplornet I would reach out to your tech support but sometimes I really don’t feel like waiting 3 and a half goddamn hours for some dude to tell me to restart my router

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@XplornetES #FunFactFriday - In a unique marketing ploy, @Xplornet advertised a service for unlimited high speed rural internet promising things they knew they couldn't deliver! Each user was given only a fraction of what was promised, with some unable to even work from home. #MarketingFails

  • 424Shauna Shauna Mikel (@424Shauna) reported

@Xplornet you really need to figure out internet in the rural areas. We are paying full price for internet that never fully works and have two stressed out elementary students that can’t log in with their teacher.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet Xplornet customer, m3t4lw01f couldn't believe his speed test results the day he got home from work in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It was unbelievable to him they'd have misrepresented the product they sell so badly.

  • VoosieVooters Loricat (@VoosieVooters) reported

@Xplornet @Ryan13051531 You're getting an increased number of calls because your service is terrible. Your troubleshooting is useless. Stop the fake apologies and start providing the service you sell.
