@Xplornet Hi, is there issues with xplornet yesterday and today in Northern Ontario? I have had to tether to my phone so that I could even check my email. I have never seen it this bad, and I am going to be starting back to work soon from home, and I can't have it acting up.

@Xplornet I spoke to someone already. You said there are a lot of people working from home, & there aren't enough towers. I reminded you that issue wasn't going to change, & asked when more towers are going up, but all I got were excuses.

@Xplornet My internet was down for the entire day yesterday and I called you only to be told to wait 20 minutes which turned into over an hour just to be told to reboot the router which doesnt ever fix the problem

@Xplornet Sorry, my connection is down right now so I can't read that. Maybe you could fix your network instead of focusing on these distractions? That'd be nice, thanks.

@Xplornet @Xplornet , the company that is happy to **** up their towers rather than fix them.

@VoosieVooters @Xplornet @APLenehan My wife says being an Xplornet customer is more painful than childbirth. I have a few options here, but can't afford the tower I'd need to ***** to hit them. The one I can get with what I have has a 200GB cap. 200GB with six kids? Forget it.

@Xplornet Was told by your not-technical support (an infant could be taught to say what they say) my internet speed, which had been between 30-50 Mbps, dropping to 2-5 Mbps was "within acceptable levels for my plan". A mostly happy customer for 4 years lost. #useless #fail #scam

@Xplornet You forgot one. That's ok, I "got u fam". Q: Why do you suck so much? A: We have no idea how to run an ISP and really like money too much to fix what we've broken.
