@Boboljinks @Xplornet they overload all their towers it’ll never get fixed, maybe for a few hours but nothings permanent with them.

@RobertELaurie @LFarmakoulas My understanding from minimal research is monthly fees are about the same as Xplornet but you have to purchase the equipment upfront (+/- $350 USD). But my Xplornet is almost as slow as dial up some days and Starlink is allot faster

@Xplornet 45 Minutes on the phone just to cancel a service AND THEN they tell me I have to climb a ladder and retrieve some piece of the dish before they can cancel? What a ******* JOKE!

@Xplornet I did that, no idea when problem would be fixed - have to “ tolerate it” while they try to repair in back end. THIS IS NOT SATISFACTORY!!

@Xplornet This company is brutal! Every other week you guys are "working" on the tower. Fix the tower in Harrowsmith the first time properly and you idiots wouldn't have to go back 3 times a frigging month ! **** company
