Access, RFNow, one of the satellite companies Xplornet provide internet in rural SK.

Spenser Hamilton (@OtherSpenny) reported@JonnyBowhunter I get junk mail from Bell and Rogers in the mailbox constantly for wireless internet, they’ve both came out and did the same ‘sorry no signal’ routine. My wife has a Roger’s cellphone and I have a Bell cellphone and both get better signal than our current Xplornet internet.

CJH (@CJH39493411) reported@xplore_ca I would but I’ve already talked to your people but apparently when you bought out my internet provider you trained 0 of your people on the system so support is basically non existent. Slow speeds, high cost, no customer support. What exactly am I paying these criminal rates for?

We found 52 acres WAAAAY up in the rockies, no cell coverage at all, but we needed internet of course. Xplornet was the only previous option, and not at all reliable.

Farming in Ontario (Leasa Janssen) (@RuralOntWoman) reported@xplore_ca Your Internet connection is very slow. Your Internet download speed is very low. Web browsing should work, but videos could load slowly. ~Can't wait until Roger's has the cable done for our area.
