@chickfarmgirl99 @SpaceXStarlink @Xplornet And maybe your summer help won't be complaining that the WIFI sucks!
-
Lomaxcat (@VoosieVooters) reported
@warwalker You should be. Xplornet promises everything and delivers virtually nothing but the monthly bill. Support has been useless. If I had any other choice for internet, I would leave them in a heartbeat. This morning, 1.1 mbps down, with 2.0s loaded latency, 1.5 mbps up.

@Xplornet can't find info online - are services down in South Frontenac, Ontario? (Not comfortable saying more about my location publically). Cannot wait till we can swap. This, plus no unlimited is making it harder and harder to do anything.

Swizzle, The Fringe Pleb. (@mswizzle26) reported
@Xplornet You charge a rental fee for your equipment, then when service is canceled, you don't want it back. Greasy.

Éric Paquette (@EricMPaq) reported
@bluestockingetc @Xplornet WTF! They rely on an untrained individuals to remove the equipment they installed? Wow! That's high risk for a company to do.
-
Dwayne Winseck (@mediamorphis) reported
Showing a complete lack of investigative journalistic impulses, the journos b/h this story fail to examine how Rogers execs have been busy cultivating Xplornet as the preferred buyer while burning the prospects of rival bidders like Globalive through a slew of ***** tricks 4/

@DarkElfLX @EricMPaq @Xplornet They've been pretty awful to deal with since she got the internet, but this is just a new level of ridiculous. I just can't imagine, as a company, expecting anyone to uninstall tech, let alone seniors in rural areas.

@Leslie48364805 @joe_warmington Call center, I can't deal with people anymore at all in any context, especilly over the phone. Did tech support for xplornet for 2.5yrs. liked the company and lived the job, but 90% of the customers were the worst. Kinda broke me lol.

@CompBureau @FP_Champagne Xplornet is a provider of last resort for people in rural and remote areas. Their FWA service can be okay and some people get along fine with it, but it is more expensive than comparable faster services available in cities.

@Xplornet so you have an outage in Western Quebec. Any idea when it will be resolved?
