    Another day dealing with painfully slow internet in #Northumberland. How are others dealing with this? Is it only my connection? @PLawrenceMP we need reliable reasonably priced rural internet. Xplornet is our only option providing us with an upload speed of .2. That’s point 2!

    @xplore_ca . Absolute embarrassment. How do you take money from ppl that you can't provide the service too? Every excuse in the book yet nothing changes. Keep taking that money you thiefs #scam

    @voiceshapes I use Xplornet because Bell up here is slower than dial up. Still use the modem that came with it and have no issues

    @xplore_ca we got no internet in our area. Customer support is 1 hr wait time. Is there outages in the Westman Area?

    lol Xplornet thinks I’m gonna wait six days for them to come fix my internet. If it’s not done by Monday they’ll never see another dime. @Bell would you like a new customer? Who wouldn’t?

    @xplore_ca You need to review the packages you offer. Its theft saying you can offer me 50down 10 up. Over 5 years of bad service and being lied to now being told Im 30 KMS from the closest tower? Who was allowed to sell me this trash. Maybe i can move closer if you pay my rent right?

    @ClimateSadie Lots of issues with XplorNet from users. We have had it before and the cost versus speed and limitations on data usage were real tough. Most people that I know who had XplorNet in communities didn't keep it.
