First day back to work and can’t connect to @Xplornet network due to “maintenance issues” that could last 5 hours! What a joke, slowest, most unreliable ever.

  • MadsTS
    Mads Sandbakken (@MadsTS) reported

@Xplornet I sent a DM but no response as usual. The only thing reliable are my astronomic monthly bills. I'm on the track for over 10 k in household internet use. Internet that is unreliable and slow. It rains it doesn't work. During the day doesn't work. I feel taken advantage of.

@Xplornet stop overselling your services. For the last year every night between 8-9:30 it becomes so dreadfully slow that it takes 3 minutes to load 4 seconds of a YouTube video

@loopholefarms @environmentca @Xplornet Good thing they did that 30 million dollar upgrade 2 years ago, it is down more now than before.

@Xplornet tried it already signal is slightly stronger but no where near the 25mg download speed threshold that we pay for. (yes I know that's a best case scenario number that is rarely reached) Our problem is the total signal drop that occurs almost daily. Why not admit you throttle?

@Xplornet Hi. I just need a 'yes' or a 'no' to this question, but I believe my LTE dish got turned by the wind (Or maybe a bird or smthg) and now my connection is kinda crap. If I contacted tech support to request a dish reorientation, would I be required to pay for it?
