Slow speeds, high cost, no customer support. What exactly am I paying these criminal rates for?

This guy says the leaves on the trees make it an "unsuitable location for high-speed". Did the tower move? No. My house? No.

Access, RFNow, one of the satellite companies Xplornet provide internet in rural SK.
