@Xplornet Stay away from Xplornet folks! Absolutely the worst possible service you could get! They refuse to fix my issues created after they performed maintenance on my tower!

@Nayzj I hope Starlink comes to us all soon. I was dealing with a super condescending Xplornet CSR trying to get Gloria's month reset. Told CSR that if I gotta fundraise the $ for G, I will so she can leave such a ****** service.

@KT_Koop @Xplornet This!!!! Craig purchased one of the packages from Elon Musk because we were offered it. Not sure when it will arrive but hopefully it's better. He works from home (all the time not just during Covid) and it's been awful

@Real_McMunchie @Xplornet Eventually, they will block your phone number like they did to me to prevent you from calling to "troubleshoot" their issue. I can't call them at all anymore...

@mackayhfx Not quite that simple...yet. I've obviously been following them closely as well. Had my name on their list. Got the invite to drop $100 to reserve a spot in line. Ultimately, they're targeting being able to offer service here in 4-10 months. Which puts them in line with Xplornet.

Dear @Xplornet I would like to say thank you for having my service work very well.......that is until my CRTC complaint was closed. Now, streaming has become laggy again and live Twitch streams are impossible to watch. I gave you a chance to fix this but obviously you do not...

Hey @Xplornet - working from home and I've got nothing. Either you'll resolve the issue or I'm going to have to hotspot on my cell phone and get major charges on that bill. Sadly, nothing new. Do better. Be better.
