@kylebryson10 @Xplornet Try never receiving it, and still paying their god awful prices.

  • DJLO whatajokeffs (@DJLO) reported

@Xplornet Please enjoy fixing your broken service for your paying customers.

@Bell_Aliant @Xplornet I mean, "Oh, I didn't know they had 100MBPS in your area now" would have been fine. Laughing at me and saying "If you have Xplornet you are NOT getting 100MBPS" was just...rude. Feel free to listen to the recorded call and tell them off from me :)

  • Shanksters Yvan Shank (@Shanksters) reported

@Xplornet It's essentially down near Finch ON. Do I need to go back to dialup? It would be faster.

  • JordanKennard13 Jordan Kennard (@JordanKennard13) reported

Can't wait to get rid of @Xplornet this week. 100% will not miss their ****** service all around. Not worth a penny, and penny's aren't even a thing anymore #fixyourgarbage #fuckxplornet #dialupworksbetterthanyou.

  • AaronShmyr AaronMikkel (@AaronShmyr) reported

Hey @Xplornet get it together. Your service sucks during demand time. Next call will be to @SpaceXStarlink. $100+ a month is a joke for what you’re providing us!!! It’s Christmas Day and my internet won’t work.

  • garrett_wolf3 Garrett Wolf (@garrett_wolf3) reported

@RagenKajen @NETAGOwireless CCI was terrible, then @Xplornet bought them and it got even worse. There’s a reason everyone went from Xplornet to CCI in the first place. We have to have wifi off on our phones in order to stream tv in the evenings. Even then sometimes we just give up on it.

@ALGfreedom @newhandle17 @elonmusk I got out of my Xplornet contract: caught them in a lie. They told me ‘no prob’ working from home. But the latency prevented me from connecting to work network!! (Signal to satellite too slow esp w/ VPN). I’ll research Starlink, if any latency issues & of avail here. Should be:

@Xplornet Quick question Is there an ETA on any upcoming updates on speeds for satellite service?

  • Robert_Hammond Robert H (@Robert_Hammond) reported

Hey @Xplornet just wondering if they have tried turning the Odessa, #YGK / Kingston tower off and back on again? Or do you have to order in parts to fix it? I know sometimes these things take time but could you at least update the call centre folks with an update or ETA?
