Going on 60min currently on hold to cancel our @Xplornet service. There is zero chance we would recommend them for rural internet. They are a complete disappointment. #bebetter

@JonesSebastian sorry to say that these circumstances are beyond our control. We will be able to migrate the vast majority of our affected customers to a new Xplornet service option. We are reaching out to our affected customers well in advance to discuss other service options that we can 2/3

What’s going on @Xplornet ? Internet has been down since last night. After the rain stoped and it’s sunny not it still does not work even after a reboot. Any other Xplornet users in Iqaluit having same issue?

3/ absolutely terrible customer service in trying to work that out. Would not recommend @Xplornet for anyones rural internet needs

@Wealthsimple I'm rural so all options are for "up to" a speed that you never get. I've been through Xplornet and Bell wireless internet. Both unsatisfactory and Bell customer service was awful. Now with a local ISP (Colink) and sometimes get 20 mps down, 4 up. Unlimited bandwidth for $100
