    In fairness, both Xplornet and Bell, both of whom are in dire financial difficulty also getting financial bailout to help them continue what a healthy company does on its own: expand customer base.

    @Xplornet now I can't get the internet I was promised—from the tower down the road form my house, as a permanent resident to the area.

    I’m using ethernet on my PC and it’s still slow why am I not getting what I’m paying for I don’t even go over 40 down and 3 up @Xplornet

    @thebnbpod_ @Xplornet Can’t wait to cancel this service the second the fibre optic cable reached my house. This is garbage

    Extremely poor customer service and poor organisation/coordination from @Xplornet. Had internet lined-up in advance for install, took the day off & no one showed. Called to inquire why, received excuses—no one called to tell me this, I waited all day.
