Do you know what’s fun? Waiting half an hour for what was supposed to be a 17 minute callback and instead of being sent to customer service being sent directly to the survey and being hung up on. Can’t even manage that eh @xplornet

@Xplornet Xplornet has bought out my current provider and now I am unable to get service as you are not using their towers. This is the second time this has happened to us. #nothanksxplornet

@Xplornet My internet with you is AWFUL. I consistently have to switch from my WiFi to my mobile data just so a video from The Weather Network will load on my phone. I have to watch everything on 240p and it still buffers. I'm moving soon, better internet here I come!!

@pgarvpoultry @BotTheWrongDip We recently switched. Xplornet never worked properly. Every day this past year it would not work for hours and we paid a lot & it was so slow, couldn’t watch netflix. Had several “repairs” but it was still awful. We switched to a competitor that’s fast, reliable & cheaper.

@Xplornet Your service is so bad. Pay for 25mb in and barely get 11mb. Probably lose signal 25-30 times per day. Some days can hardly get a web page to load. Huge amounts of spam/phishing emails about my account. I can't wait until my #Starlink arrives.

@Nagem_Senoj Xplornet sucks. For the past year it would not work for hours at a time every day and when it did work it was so slow even when we had several technicians fix things and we paid fir faster speed. Just switched ISP. So fast, reliable & cheaper. & now we can watch netflix.

@tenwattandrew Xplornet was awful. This past pandemic year when we needed to work/study from home,we couldn’t enjoy time at cottage cuz Xplornet hardly ever worked despite several repairs, & was also very slow, couldn’t watch netflix. New service is fast,cheaper& always works
