@Xplornet @APLenehan I refuse to accept your excuses for your miserably performing network in my area. Don't sell "up to" 25 when you can't reliably even supply 5mbps and then hide behind a policy that was part of the agreement.

It should not be this hard to get internet service in rural Ontario @Xplornet We have had internet with you for almost 2 weeks. Perfect during the day but I have to reset the modem every morning? Tech guy I just spoke to said today's was a service outage and...

Aaaaaaand, we're back to cycling between "connecting" and "network entry" with zero connectivity on our @Xplornet connection. Wonder how long it will take to come back online this time. The record is 13 hours. I remember it like it was last week. Because it was.

@Xplornet My internet was down for about 12 hours yesterday? I just tested it now that it's back, 13.6 download? and I'm not going through your phone tag BS to talk to someone who knows zilch maybe a credit would help!

@jwallone @Xplornet Exactly. You know that this “increase” is only happening because there is finally a superior solution on the market. It’s cheaper, simpler, and 10x times better.

Another useful tidbit: @Xplornet has confirmed my signal quality is high enough to get the package speed of 25/2. (Or is it 1.5? or 2.5?) The fact I've never reliably had that speed means that since signing up for service they've been "managing" the traffic to account for load..

@Xplornet So, adding "constantly" to the list of words you lie about? I mean, "up to" and "unlimited" covers so much already. Avoid xplornet, they are a terrible ISP.

Words cannot express how much it hurts me that @WaveDirect1 couldn’t get a quality signal at house. I was that close to being rid of @Xplornet and their **** service forever. #xplornetsucks.

@AdamJPfeffer Help install Starlink on Barnums Gully Line by you Tuesday night for my brother. Did a quick test and averaged about 20 Mb/s. Seemed to vary between 5 and 65 MBS. He is happy to get rid of xplornet satellite service with slow speeds and data caps.

@Xplornet This has been an ongoing problem now for months, I have been getting no where with technical support, I pay over 100$ a month for a service that drops down to >1mb/s after 5pm and with 22%+ packet loss on the network.
