@Xplornet so is your service down here in central Ontario?

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@JeddorePhil @FrankReardon1 @Xplornet If you use voip or anything like that, jitter and latency will affect the quality of voice communications. May be very bad with those stats.

  • hu90885856 nairb (@hu90885856) reported

XPLORNET did nothing to resolve their phone service problem and told me to resolve with BELL. A Xplornet manager was very unpleasant and would only say, repeatedly, "Is there anything else I can help you with?" I have had to return to BELL for a satisfactory phone service.

  • kapwamom Kapwa Mom (@kapwamom) reported

The @xplornet tech suggested we change our internet package to a lower level since we can’t achieve the speeds at our current package. THAT’s the solution?

  • brandon90053725 brandon smith (@brandon90053725) reported

@Xplornet and then you can't even be bothered to respond to you're pissed off customers to try and help them nope let's just post a new tweet push the customer complaints behind and in this tweet we're going to lie about on network and its conditions

  • brandon90053725 brandon smith (@brandon90053725) reported

@Xplornet I hate anything related to your **** company can't wait to switch this is what 60$ gets my dad you have the nerve to charge 100$ give me bullshit and won't fix so you give me 50$ discount and start throttling me you've broken so many internet laws the ccts should shut you down

  • Jmacmunn1 J macmunn (@Jmacmunn1) reported

@Xplornet @FrankReardon1 True customer service wouldn't require phone call. Don't they know of lockdowns, true customer service should be proactive not just reactive. I moved on from Xplornet due to service issues

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@JeddorePhil @FrankReardon1 @Xplornet The download speed (5meg) is the min considered high speed. 1. The upload is bad. The minimum is 1-meg, you have 1/2-meg. For deaf people using visual 911 & other things, this doesn't pass. 3 & 4. Latency/Jitter is high, chances are u have dropped packets, normal with satellite.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@OntFarmerNews @Xplornet @Sharon_Grose If we tied bits to each rain drop, collected them in a barrel, somehow extracted those bits from the collected rain, and then put them on a hard drive, it would still be faster than your service.

  • BaldurBarons Nyles Desrochers (@BaldurBarons) reported

@dennydenny1020 @sherman_g Garbage. At least xplornet is unlimited.
