@MTHallowFarms @Xplornet You, me and every single customer this dumpster fire of a company has. @APLenehan must be so proud of his little company. It's not easy earning the distinction of "most hated ISP in Canada."

  • MTHallowFarms Loopy Burd (@MTHallowFarms) reported

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet Oh, so it’s not just me? Two days of this garbage.

  • FuzzyGross DaveMcG (@FuzzyGross) reported

Literally 5 min after I get off the phone with @Xplornet , service goes down AGAIN. I live with a LTC worker and a person who has stage 5 cancer and NEED access at ALL times, yet when I call I get told nothing can be done. Maybe @globalnews, @CTVNews would like to talk to you

  • VoosieVooters Loricat (@VoosieVooters) reported

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet Exactly. I have no other option at all currently, as I cannot get a decent signal from the only other local supplier. People have moved from this road to get away from Xplornet.

  • happylewie Lew (@happylewie) reported

Internet is down for the last 15 hours. @Xplornet has 45 minutes of wait time to reach customer service. Man. I’m so ******* tired of this ****. And I pay 200$ per month for that.

  • lewisbron Lewis (@lewisbron) reported

@Xplornet almost 6am and your internet is still ****.

  • ltpmitchell lt pete mitchell (@ltpmitchell) reported

@Xplornet @Xplornet "hey, everyone look at our seven towers!" Residents of Ramara : "you mean the seven that never seem to work?"

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

When you call @Xplornet support an hour ago and the estimate says 22 minutes, you realize all aspects of their business are really slow, not just the Internet service itself. I wonder if @APLenehan uses his own services or if he uses a legitimate ISP.

  • ltpmitchell lt pete mitchell (@ltpmitchell) reported

@Xplornet That's awesome. But what does it have in relation with an ISP whose can't run a network?

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@VoosieVooters @Xplornet If my other local option wasn't capped at 200GB I'd go back in a heartbeat. But 200GB for a home connection is laughable, especially with things like security cameras, school and work. A consistent quality of service, even if it's 10mbps, isn't an unrealistic expectation.
