Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported@LotSixteen @Xplornet Im actually going to just cancel and swap the credit card on my account to an old visa card I have that's locked and won't accept transactions. And by cancel, I mean call in to sales saying I want to sign up, then say "just kidding, my account number is xxxx, please cancel."

They want you to return the modem and radio, pay $125 uninstall fee if you don’t wanna do it yourself. Oh and they’re gonna keep charging you until they receive the hardware.
