    @Xplornet any reason my internet has been out for going on 2 hours for no reason? people have lives and work doesn’t just stop after 9pm fix yourself. Jesus christ this is insane.

    @Xplornet So I've been with your internet service for almost a year and it hasnt changed since you made the change.... TLDR; bad wifi provider says it's going faster and it didnt change

    @Xplornet oh my apologies, I was referring to 12 years ago when we lived in the countryside. The biggest issue was wind & the dish moving & it was terrible service, more to do with the area I believe than your service, which had the best customer service actually. I should’ve clarified 🙏

    @Xplornet The speed has been restore but due to company errors I did not have it Saturday post eqpt replacement till this morning. A credit for the 5 days is the appropriate actions.

    @lepp Well I did come across a couple of Bell VP's that had 1) Xplornet and 2) Videotron because Bell's service sucked for them. Yes, they had a nice big discount, but not free they said. We'll know this week which one is fake! ;) Either way I think positions are open on both!

    @Xplornet I called for help and they sent a tech over that changed my service because I was getting more speed than I should. With service now below 1 Mbps and 2 kids still in school, I cant afford the risk of asking for help again.
