Since being moved from Vanscoy to Martensville tower on @Xplornet the overall service has been far worse. My Internet is basically offline from 6pm-midnight now. It sure would be nice to get the service that was advertised. I don't think "up to" includes not working at all.

Really @Xplornet I’m suppose to call back later because you have a large volume of call. Probably complaining about your rural service in #Manitoba

@harrbca @Xplornet @APLenehan I have the Fusion equipment as well, but our family burns through their cap in less than 10 days. This "no overages" promo Sasktel is doing for the holidays proves that caps only solve a financial problem, not a technical one though.

@Xplornet there is a disconnect between local installers and tower maintenance. A new tower went up about 2km away and within line of site. Potential customers cannot get a signal. Local installer tried everything and thinks it the tower. Can I get the write person to talk to?

This connection is not fit for purpose and it should be illegal for Xplornet to even offer it. They've been falsely advertising this service as high speed unlimited LTE Internet. @APLenehan should be ashamed of himself and his company, and anyone associated should as well.

Dear @Xplornet. I don’t know what to do anymore. We pay $200 /month for the absolute worst internet. I just tried to call you because we’ve had days of borderline unusable internet and got a busy signal 🤷🏻 Maybe Ma @BellAliant would consider running wires out?!

Usually our internet with @Xplornet is fantastic. But lately it's been horrible and literally at the worst timing. Its finals week and I have a final tomorrow morning that I am unable to study for and I'm extra nervous that I won't be able to connect to the internet to write it

Thank You @Xplornet for the amazing service. Everything I have tried to do in last 15 minutes is, YOUR CONNECTION IS UNSTABLE, Unable to connect, there seems to be a problem with your internet. All I’m asking for is the few Mbps you promised. I’m not greedy. #ruralinternetsucks
