Thankful for my business cell plan, which allows me to hotspot off my phone to cover my daily Internet needs for work and leisure.

I have received 10 similar calls over the last 4 week. Your customer service reps have no explaination. Intermittant internet service is NOT acceptable. 😠😠😠
