I know that as soon as an experienced tech gets here, he'll be able to fix it without an issue and he'll shake his head when I tell him about what the last guy said. Same thing happened last time. Surely you can do better.

Email support? Auto-reply that a "case has been opened" with no details or information about actually getting service.
