    @BaldurBarons There was a tweet on here about reporting @Xplornet to the CTRC. So I went and made a formal complaint. Xplornet is disputing my complaint because I haven’t called them since 2019. Hahaha. The numerous calls on hold for hours and then I just hung up. Use phone data instead.

    @Xplornet We’ve called too many times. We are done with your poor service. When better options become available....and they will because good business will see this as an opportunity...you will be fired.

    If anybody out there is even thinking of using @xplornet, stop now. Not worth it. Worst service I've ever experienced.

    @CRTCeng @Rogers @CCTS_CPRST I learned the hard way when you passed me to CCTS w Xplornet. They are a dispute resolution service & nothing else. I don’t need to be burned twice to waste more of my time. Apparently, there is no government agency that penalizes telecom/internet cos for bad biz practices
