    @Xplornet Ever have somebody try to tell you jokes after years of making your life worse? Nobody is laughing. The only joke here is your service. Avoid xplornet, they are a terrible ISP.

    @Xplornet I have. MULTIPLE times. Always the same issue: congestion on the tower. This has been an issue for several years and nothing is done about it. Our internet is unusable most days and nights now. Download speed was .99 Mbps when I called the last time.

    @kiss1005ssm The only thing Xplornet connects is their hand to their customer's wallets. That's what "matters" in this context. Most of their customers can't even enter this contest because their connection is so bad they can't upload a photo.

    If @Xplornet couldn’t get any worse with their awful speeds they’re asking me to pay to remove THEIR equipment that THEY installed on my 2 story home. They want me to do it... I don’t even own a ladder that goes that high.

    @QuinteNewsNow My Koodo was down. Xplornet was down too, called they said ALL of Ontario fixed wireless was down & a 82 min wait to find out why so i hung up. Came back 2 mins later. Out for an hour

    @Xplornet In the rest of reality, people are still isolating and trying to stop covid. Meanwhile, the trainwreck that is xplornet marketing is posting stuff like this. Xplornet is a terrible ISP, avoid xplornet.

    @BrianMo94756827 @SpaceX @Xplornet I am glad my pain has entertained you. I might remind them how terrible they are from time to time, but I'm seriously looking forward to putting them in my rear view permanently.

    @fastjeff @Xplornet Hey man, taking a dog out of someone's front yard while on a service call *is* rescuing it. Rescuing it from a lifetime of bad internet.

    Internet speed test 1.49 Mbps download 0.09 Mbps upload Your Internet connection is very slow. @Xplornet this is why it isn't worth $113/mth

    @CowInverted @Xplornet I get 4mbps and they tell me theres no fix date in sight for my tower.
