@madinuk @FrankReardon1 Im not trying to minimize your concerns but the vast majority of rural Canadians are unable to connect. Our county council for example just spent 2M with xplornet to introduce LTE service, its $99/month for 25mbps. I just got online, I had previously had 1mbps for the same price

@LegacyCanadian @Xplornet Let me suggest the only way to get a response from xplorenet. File a complaint with the CRTC Xplorenet will fix your issue within a few days after the complaint goes into investigations.

@Xplornet Since you are delivering a steady 30.9 KB/s I suppose I should cancel all of my streaming subscriptions, and dust off my old 28.8 baud dial-up modem b/c I sure as hell can't watch anything. You should be ashamed of the "service" you "provide".

@VoosieVooters @Xplornet Tell them to shove their service fee up their ***. That’s what I did when they told me it’ll be $150 for a tech to come out and look at our equipment. Told them they can foot the bill to fix their **** service or I’ll filing a complaint with the CRTC/CCTS. They waived the fee.

@Xplornet @UWCCanada It physically made me ill to hit the like button on one of your tweets, but anything that helps people in need I'm all for. Maybe now you could help your customers and provide the services you advertise?

@justin_maybe Interesting prospect. Curious as to whether this sort of model would have more luck increasing internet access to rural areas than the Province's partnership with xplornet. Then again, the residents most in need of service are also the least likely to live in a municipality.

@Xplornet We're not going to forget how poor your internet experience is no matter how much filler you pour into your twitter feed. Work on bettering your service instead of hoping marketing can "fix" your problems as an ISP. Until then, I'd recommend everybody avoid using xplornet.

@Xplornet I have been reduced to privately facebook messaging the local tech because your rep refused to contact or provide contact information for him. This is beyond unacceptable. You service a large part of NB, not providing immediate action is atrocious.

@Xplornet Meanwhile, I am calling your customer service every single night because our internet goes to 50 kbps and 30k ping from 6pm till midnight every single day. Thats on the top plan. Wait times on the call are 3 hours, so its obviously not just me. 6 months of this.
