    @miket136 After many years of being a happy Shaw customer, I dived into Xplornet swamp after moving rural. Last fall I cut all ties. I could not pay for 1 MBPS the price of the promised "improved" 10 MBPS. My cell provider delivered a good plan. I only Hotspot anymore.

    @Xplornet i have many times and it has been zero help, i upgraded from wi max to to LTE, no better...We checked my router, nope not the problem

    Hey @Xplornet - it’s been over a week since our custom business domain has been down. No resolution after hours on the phone w/ your tech team. The pandemic is difficult enough on small business, you’ve further marginalized our ability to run a business during lockdown.

    @Xplornet Going to be a challenge, but I'm sure xplornet will find a way to make fiber slow and unreliable like all xplornets other services.

    After several hours of bad internet I spent 30 min on hold with Xplornet support only to be told a new “congestion problem” at our local tower was identified today. Estimated time for repair? Could be up to one month he says 🤯🤯🤯

    @DawsonLamoureux @CheSarahSera I was thinking the same. Xplornet hasn’t been great lately but I’m also not a big Bell fan. Tough choice for sure. However, since there isn’t any customer loyalty benefits with any corp anymore, it wouldn’t hurt to switch to Bell because you can always go back.
