@Xplornet We have Xplornet and pay 126 per month for the SLOWEST service that always throttles (we are only out weekends and it ALWAYS says we are close to our max—-🙄.. everything always freezes and even pics won’t load. This is truly garbage service that some people are stuck with

  • Michell25471779 Michelle (@Michell25471779) reported

@Xplornet My internet has been out for 4 days. I am billed for 10 but I actually get 1-2mbps. Your customer service sucks a$$. On the phone for 2 hrs going in circles for you to tell me to unplug then plug in, then tell me you can't do more. How about fixing the service in Norfolk County

  • medic969 Rob Good (@medic969) reported

@Xplornet The LTE is down again north of Spruce Grove…….second time this week……

  • Michell25471779 Michelle (@Michell25471779) reported

@Xplornet You're full of bs!! My Internet has been down for 2 days and now the start of the 3rd day! Im not calling again. I spent 2 hours on the phone with you only to be spin around in circles like you do other customers.

  • tweetvex Marc Pitre (@tweetvex) reported

@Xplornet Advance trouble shooting.. it was an outage?? Nothing to do with my equipment thanks for the generic scripted response

  • reikokoyama79 Reiko Koyama (@reikokoyama79) reported

@wheelerreborn @CCI_Wireless @Xplornet Yeah, had it for a year. First 3 months it was awesome. And then it got to the point where I waa using half of the data I was buying (and of course, Telus didn't say anything) because it was so slow. They'd oversold the tower.

  • TheFloofyPoofy Brandon Potter (@TheFloofyPoofy) reported

@elonmusk Id have to admit it, We'd be lost if it wasnt for Starlink. Telus and Xplornet have been absolutely god awful and unusable with terrible service. I cant wait for the system to slowly improve so I can start streaming again <3

  • ItsAroz Aroz🍥 (@ItsAroz) reported

@Klink89 @terry_seguin pt.2, however monthly it is around $100-120 CAD i believe.. in my personal opinion i feel like it's definitely worth the money as overall you'll have a more reliable service that is constantly looking to improve their product/service unlike Xplornet..

  • huhwhatya Sarah (@huhwhatya) reported

@Xplornet So the DM's are getting me nowhere. 43 days since I ordered and I still don't even have an install date. Do you guys not want customers? If I had any other option for service I would be taking it at this point.

  • TyKehrig Ty Kehrig (@TyKehrig) reported

@Xplornet day 4 of no internet in the Tisdale area. Can not have an essential service down for this long
