@MaureenParent7 @Xplornet Sounds about right. A few months ago @Xplornet did a fix on our tower. Service was great and what we were paying for, for 2 days. Then they notified us of second ‘fix’ and results have been poor again since then. Clearly they can deliver, just won’t.

@Mike_L_Bailey @startca I am technically in Belleville, but only because of Harris. I'm actually in the country with nothing that resembles a cable within 2 km. DSL failed because of crappy wires that were not being maintained. Xplornet was terrible. No 5G out here either and Bell is throttling I think

@sharonhoyes @Xplornet Xplornet called me a couple of months ago and said they were going to do a ‘preemptive’ fix as the noticed my internet was slow. They came out, it got worse, then they told me my warranty was up and would have to pay for future visits. 😳

@Xplornet I contacted your customer support yesterday. I waited 1 hr 25 min on hold to get through. They couldn't help me and said they would pass my issue on to a specialized service team who is not available 24/7. I have yet to hear back. This issue has gone on for three days now.

@ChubbyChucks Yeah, I was not happy but I had little choice b/c xplornet couldn’t find a signal and I didn’t want another stupid satellite. Smarthub is based on cell tech. Super easy to set up.
