    @xplore_ca once again, my internet is down… has been all weekend. Once again, I’m on hold for over an hour AND I’m doing the work for them. Do I get the wages for doing the techs work? #xplore_ca sucks😑

    @xplore_ca we got no internet in our area. Customer support is 1 hr wait time. Is there outages in the Westman Area?

    Where I live we surprisingly don’t have Bell Fibre. Our only options were Eastlink, Xplornet, or Starlink. Eastlink’s lines in our area were very congested and the service was often slow and spotty, so we decided to try Starlink.

    lol Xplornet thinks I’m gonna wait six days for them to come fix my internet. If it’s not done by Monday they’ll never see another dime. @Bell would you like a new customer? Who wouldn’t?

    @xplore_ca Oh ya? 3 calls to cancel advising AH was deceased and offered death certificate. Still got billed another month and called only to have agent demand to speak to my dead father. Two calls later and it is cancelled. 5 calls total to cancel.

    @xplore_ca I'm not sure you can help me, but my Xbox says to use IPV6. Is that available with your service and how do I go about getting it?

    @xplore_ca Yeah right, and using rabbit ears and pots and pan to transmit from customer to customer…
