L (@lkv495) reported@xplornet internet has been painfully slow all day and is hardly working at all now. Is there a network outage/issue in the Muskoka, ON area? Tried to call your helpline but wait time was 2 hours. Very frustrating - please fix this!

Oatsey (@RobOatway) reported@CBCOntarioToday Southeastern Ontario is suffering too. Xplornet is garbage, and internet has screeched to a halt many days so far in 2021. I live near Sydenham and internet w/350Mbps downloads is available less than 200m away, yet I’m told I can’t get the same where I am 😡
-
Connor Langpap 🇨🇦 (@MooreFitnessSTG) reported@Xplornet Thanks for that. However, I’m currently with your company and I’m looking to switch. Your service is very poor and I’m being told limited sight line to satellite for LTE, which isn’t true. You slow our usage down and at best, our DL speed is awful. So, what’s the solution?
-
Christopher Rogers (@therealcpr83) reported@Xplornet It took him 43 days to upload this picture using the new LTE tower. Xplornet us garbage can internet. Don't fall for their manipulations of the truth.
-
Alisha Dickinson (@alishalauraann) reported@MaloneOCSB Currently in the same boat :/ I've been working from home for most of this pandemic, and we reached 90% today and it's only the 18th. We'll be maxed out by the end of the week and will be out of luck until February. Xplornet Satellite is our only option and it's horrible.
-
Stanley Zhang (@StanYLZ) reported@Xplornet Why is explorenet signal always bad in midnight? Is it a scheduled downsizing?
-
Mike Loughlin (@MikeLoughlin77) reported@Xplornet I called your Customer Service over 4hrs ago and am still waiting for a call back. Is anyone working? My internet is out and could use a little tech support here 🤨
-
Virtual Nonsense (@PaulRenaud613) reported@Xplornet I called tech support and was able to determine that my modem was fine. Your tech was unaware of any satcom issues (he kept calling it a tower), yet my service mysteriously restored itself almost exactly 48hrs after it failed. You need to be more transparent on satcom outages.

Tim Lucier ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (@timlucier) reportedLike clockwork- the stay at home order began and my internet got shitty. Man, sharing a giant satellite dish in space sucks. @Xplornet

Mike Loughlin (@MikeLoughlin77) reported@Xplornet With help from tech support and one of your installers, we resolved the issue today..thank you
