    @xplornet please fix your internet

  • sherrylynnjohn1 Sherry Johnson (@sherrylynnjohn1) reported

    @Xplornet Down again. So frustrating!

  • IanMcPHE7T2 Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported

    @Xplornet Any insight into pensioner having to pay to have your equipment removed because fibe cable came to our area? Including having to go on the roof? Non-recoverable? Yes is! We have been customer for years and still are at our cottage (satellite) This is “loyalty”?

  • CarlTrask5 Carl Trask (@CarlTrask5) reported

    @PierrePoilievre I agree. CRTC fails Canadians. My slow internet bill cost more than my monthly electricity bill. @Xplornet @CRTCHearings

  • NockAndLoose Steve Filer (@NockAndLoose) reported

    Called @Xplornet to cancel my service and they told me I'd need to hold for 84 minutes to speak to a loyalty agent. That's a hostage situation.

  • IanMcPHE7T2 Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported

    @NockAndLoose @Xplornet 1/2 Same here and he was hostile when I declined his bribes. Also refused to have their antenna equipment removed from our brick chimney. Basically keep it or take it down ourselves (I’m 75) Or pay an @xplornet service person to remove it. Absolute crap service

  • IanMcPHE7T2 Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported

    @Sunny94FM @Xplornet Here’s a reason why not. Another company offered fibe internet in our area. Higher speeds and cheaper than my Xplornet LTE contract. When I contacted xplornet to cancel they said I have to pay to have their equipment removed from our brick chimney or we could just leave it Brutal

  • Trucker_Ty_ Ty (@Trucker_Ty_) reported

    @Xplornet why did I have to find out about a service outage by calling in to tech support? People rely on home internet for work and school. An email alerting customers of this outage would have been the least you could do.

  • CdnARS_VE4PER CdnARS VE4PER (@CdnARS_VE4PER) reported

    @Xplornet .../2 in absence of a .@CRTC enforcement with teeth to change regs to guarantee min speeds solution to congestion problem is cut back the exec greed motive to sign up ever more subscribers well beyond network technical capacity or else truly UPGRADE hardware to handle demands
