Now my new equipment doesn’t work & my account was cancelled. Tech sup is as confused as I am. It’s Friday, I have no internet probably all weekend. Great!

Smokey Bull 😤 (@KingPearye) reported@ReidLaxn @Bell Check Xplornet and Shaw.. they are deploying in rural 🇨🇦 these days. Starlink is too slow and costs more.. I am in rural Quebec and never thought I would have FTTH at 500mbps at $70/month, but it came last summer.

Arpad Hild (@zotfot) reported@Penny36274714 @reaIDonaIdTru_ Well I had xplornet and was paying $140 for 300 GB but I switched to landline internet with telus and now I pay $70 a month with a home phone and get unlimited data and much better service now too

CJH (@CJH39493411) reported@xplore_ca I would but I’ve already talked to your people but apparently when you bought out my internet provider you trained 0 of your people on the system so support is basically non existent. Slow speeds, high cost, no customer support. What exactly am I paying these criminal rates for?

Website navigation seems intentional, hard to find. Had to Google search about cancelation in order to find out it is over the phone only. Is that legal? 1/2
