@StephenPunwasi @Bryson_M They give millions to garbage companies like Xplornet who waste 80% of it on putting fliers in mailboxes instead of reliable connectivity

@Xplornet and gaming is like dragging your ***** across glass for a mile. Get your internet straight, ffs your **** internet makes me want to pull my hair out it is so trash. If you cant offer a minimum of 50mbs average, give me my ******* money back

  • StarBuck_83 ✨StarBuck_83✨ (@StarBuck_83) reported

With the release of @Xplornet 's new 50/10 internet package, seems my internet is now suffering due to the sheer lack of any gives a **** from this company. Let's just over sell what we can't provide. It's pure lunacy that there is no other options from any other company...

  • Feefyou Dan K (@Feefyou) reported

A good dial up connection, WTF is that Xplornet? You are too focused on growth and acquisition that you forget your customers in your wake. We are a business customer, and you have royally prevented any of us in the office from using you for our personal internet at home.....

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@StarBuck_83 @Xplornet i mounted a cell booster antenna on the mast that was still on the roof from the previous owner... That said, zero signal from Telus would have still been better than Xplornet. ;-)

  • n3k0y02 Neko (@n3k0y02) reported

@Xplornet 1.5 hrs, primarily on hold; I have had more than my share of Xplornet for 1 day! 😑 Issue was ultimately resolved once I reached a supervisor. I'm a new client & made more calls to technical and billing support in the last several weeks than in my 5 years with #ShawCable /1

  • LibbyDavies Libby Davies (@LibbyDavies) reported

We just gave up on @Xplornet because it was just such poor unreliable internet coverage (& expensive) but wow closing account is even worse - a rip off! #poorservice #comsumerreports #alert

  • whiskeyfated WhiskyTangoFaded (@whiskeyfated) reported

@Xplornet well we have "entwr excuse here" You offer 75mbs/5mbs Never got it once I should charge you for the lies

  • KlyxYcs Clay KlyxY Vautrin (@KlyxYcs) reported

@Xplornet 70% packet loss, internet cuts out anytime someone opens a browser. can you guys fix your **** for ***** sake

  • BrandieHarrop Brandie Harrop (@BrandieHarrop) reported

@middle_over @strathconian We have tried xplornet, mcsnet, Telus, bell, Syban, and others that are no longer around. Part of the issue is they over sell the tower taking on more clients than the tower can service. Resulting in crap service for everyone. Crap service that they are charging $150/month for.
