@Xplornet I have done my research and I now have option I can use until @SpaceXStarlink opens in my area. I suggest you fix your policies and services before your company becomes extinct. I will be call @Rogers for their rural service as soon as I can Have a nice day

  • dlakescove mcm jm (@dlakescove) reported

@Xplornet No connection since early this afternoon in davidson lake nb. Is there a problem on your end.

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

@Xplornet @MarctMilewski That's right Marc, you should call them, wait on hold forever, and they'll give you detailed instructions on how to unplug/replug your equipment. Of course, that fix only lasts for about 90 seconds. Just don't call too often, they will block your number like they did to me.

Day 1 begging @Rogers to bring service to my area so I can get rid of @Xplornet. There’s Rogers service 2km each way of a cluster of 15 homes...our internet is garbage and everyone has said they’d switch to Rogers. 15 new customers in a single day...that’s just internet not cable

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Can hit retweet on a million links, that's not fixing a broken ISP. People still know xplornet is a terrible ISP because you don't try and fix it, you try and cover it up by trying to bury old tweets. Not working, try putting in some actual work. #cancelxplornet

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

@Real_McMunchie @Xplornet Eventually, they will block your phone number like they did to me to prevent you from calling to "troubleshoot" their issue. I can't call them at all anymore...

  • Lower_Level Tony Strickland (@Lower_Level) reported

@Xplornet guess you are having service issues again in the Roslin area? Hope we are getting a discount this month cause service has been terrible!

  • kylie_dodds K Sheets (@kylie_dodds) reported
