    @Xplornet Posting pictures of a friggin moose when your service is out all over southern Ontario makes a lot of sense. Maybe an update on what you’re doing to help restore service. I’ve had no phone or internet for 48 hours now!!

    @Xplornet have had incredibly bad reception this last year, especially in the last few months-have been told our tower is down, refuse to exchange equipment- get told by techs to email and vice versa- SK rural- who do I switch to for an internet provider?

    @StephenRLee @Xplornet I give them a minus now until they fix the Pugwash, NS tower. I have talked about 20 people out of buying their service out here as it suck’s especially at nights and on weekends when the signal goes from 30 download to 1

    Imagine only having a tiny fraction of what is actually needed for survival and then having it stolen by a scam company that refuses to be accountable. **** Xplornet! I have enough stress without wasting all my time contacting them repeatedly only to get nowhere. Never use them!

    @Xplornet Honestly I am tired of calling and being told xplornet is working on it. Basically comes down to overcrowded towers and slowwwwwww speeds.

    @Xplornet No internet in Niagara on the Lake for 4 hours. Wait time for tech support on the phone is 84 minutes. I guess this is what $130 a month gets you👎👎

    @Xplornet Every 2nd night I have NO service- again - does my Bill reduce to the 15% that @xplornet delivers, or do I find a better service provider?

    @Xplornet Everytime we call it's the same story. Oh you're signal looks great, I don't see why it disconnects so much blah blah blah. You're tech agents are either not very smart or don't do their job one or the other. Who wants to sit on hold for hours just to be told oh there's nothing
