    @Xplornet @EORN_CA ...industry works. Scheduled outages are planned, and have a definite duration, and are done during non-disruptive hours. (Industry norm is midnight to 5am unless physically going up the tower is needed.) Issue 2: When you're making a change in production, you test it....

    @Xplornet service is typically very good at my house. Today it’s absolute trash, and at the exact time I’m trying to stream a ball game. Get your **** together and do better.

    @Xplornet Dear @Xplornet, I took your advice.spent last 60+ minutes on phone-trouble shoot with 3 people I can’t undrstnd.the service is now 0.07. So I win a prize for record low 0.07/10??? Are you going to charge me 70 cents/month instead of $100? ( I prefer get 100% service & pay $100/mo

    @LovelyLadyLinda @Xplornet They have great customer service. I was struggling financially last year and they worked with me while I got back on my feet. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. I won’t forget it.
