This customer loyalty process is not going to warm me up to accept what you are proposing. The opposite actually.

Tybernicus (@Tybernicus17) reported@LeoNasau @thinking_panda Yep. 36,000km is the same as the Telesat satellites that were support Xplornet sat internet. My average latency was 670ms with that gear. Useless tech. Starlink: 550km from earth Telesat: 36,000km from earth.

Over 5 years of bad service and being lied to now being told Im 30 KMS from the closest tower? Who was allowed to sell me this trash. Maybe i can move closer if you pay my rent right?

CityyGal (@LLowney49) reportedI had @xplornet, the service was terrible, usually single digit download speeds when it worked at all, so I canceled it. I am 73 years old and they expect me to climb up on my roof to retrieve a piece off the dish or they are going to charge me $500. #xplornetsucks

Gerard Cooke (@GerardCooke8) reported@xplore_ca I have called tech support 50 times and they can’t fix the issue. It’s too many customers on the Pugwash Nova Scotia tower. You can’t fix my problem till you fix the tower. Most of the people in my area are switching over to star link. I will too this spring.
