I'm not asking for the world, I'm just asking for the service that was advertised. 25mbps. Not "<2mbps when it's working, but it probably won't be working". It isn't an exaggeration to say that @Xplornet truly is the epitome of incompetence. The absolute worst. Irredeemable.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet has panel hopped all afternoon into this evening. Flipping between what I would consider "non-existent" and "connected at slower than dial up", with minutes of downtime between hops. I've locked to the "best" cell now and it's still very slow, but at least connected.

@Xplornet Why’s that so you can tell me there is nothing wrong on your end? Somehow the issue gets fixed and then the next night around.... say 8 o’clock again the internet goes out yet again and is unusable during peak times? I’m sensing a pattern here 🤔 care to explain @xplornet

  • ayrporte Ian (@ayrporte) reported

@Xplornet Thanks for reaching out. Another 2 hours on phone with support last night. Hopefully resolved. Its the 8 hours of my time lost Plus the additional 8 hours cell data used up to keep network going

@Xplornet your internet service could’ve cost me money in a mrbeast video and now I’m sad my day was so well too

  • mike_strik Michael Strik (@mike_strik) reported

@Xplornet is it too windy or too cold for the internet to be working this afternoon? We had no service all afternoon!!!

  • fontgirl Cindy Doroschuk (@fontgirl) reported

Really @Xplornet I’m suppose to call back later because you have a large volume of call. Probably complaining about your rural service in #Manitoba

  • fyeahnix Airship Assassin (@fyeahnix) reported

@joanlemmesmash @Xplornet you should absolutely file a complaint and make sure your job knows your provider is dogshit

  • StarBuck_83 ✨StarBuck_83✨ (@StarBuck_83) reported

Hour 3 of no @xplornet internet, their excuse was it was the fault of Silo Wireless the company Xplornet bought out claiming they sold them shoddy towers/equipment. Worked great before ya'll bought them out. Internet went to **** the day @Xplornet took over. @SucksXplornet

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@harrbca @Xplornet @APLenehan I have the Fusion equipment as well, but our family burns through their cap in less than 10 days. This "no overages" promo Sasktel is doing for the holidays proves that caps only solve a financial problem, not a technical one though.
