    I guess emailing and calling for over 2 years asking for this to be fixed wasn't enough time for Xplornet to resolve this issue. Well how about this, I'll pay the bill when the service works!!!!!

    @JaysGirlEmily I am in a rural area and use Xplornet. Service is good(ish). Can be intermittent at times.

    @CwunchyB @Xplornet I dont even know at this point. I am pretty sure a paper bag with some wires on my house would get better service than what I have now with these clowns

    @medic969 @Xplornet Well it won't get any better. We have had an "issue with the tower" since May 17.

    Trying to complete homework with my internet going out (possible outage?) is really doing wonders for my newfound anxiety 🙃thanks Xplornet.

    @Trucker_Ty_ @Xplornet Had this same problem with xplornet years ago, nobody would service my hardware for over 6 months despite still being charged for service. Had to threaten legal action to get them to cancel the contract they weren't upholding. Troubling as they've bought my provider...

    @Xplornet Quite possibly the worst internet company I’ve ever had. You can’t use the wifi from the hours of 8-11 without constant outages. I’m even writing this on data because my wifi is currently unresponsive. Save yourself time and money and wait for Starlink
