@Xplornet "High-speed internet", while not a legal term, is generally accepted in the industry to mean better than 25 Mbps down & 3 Mbps up. AFAIK, no Xplornet service tier meets that definition.

  • UE_Films Unknown Error (@UE_Films) reported

Sorry for no stream today. Extremely frustrating. The fact that it's the 21st century and there are places in Canada that don't have high speed internet is abysmal. And that the local companies won't do **** about it. I'm looking at you @Xplornet @LakelandNetwork @townhuntsville

  • BethanyFontaine Beth (@BethanyFontaine) reported

Parents don’t have wifi and haven’t had it since yesterday, no help on the phone either, kids missed classes and now gunna miss jets game soon😒 @Xplornet @XplornetES

@Xplornet @moseleywilliams Sure wish I had access to internet. Sadly, I'm an Xplornet customer...

@KT_Koop @Xplornet This!!!! Craig purchased one of the packages from Elon Musk because we were offered it. Not sure when it will arrive but hopefully it's better. He works from home (all the time not just during Covid) and it's been awful

  • bartin_mennett Martin Bennett (@bartin_mennett) reported

Second weekend in a row where our internet is completely down. Thanks @Xplornet for nothing.

@TekSavvyBuzz @CBCNews Terrible! I know people who live or have cottages that far out and the best option is Xplornet which I had as my only option for about a year. 100gb cap and speeds too slow for streaming. When I called Bell they said they’d do a campaign if they ever made it to my house.

  • stevesbizzs Stephen Lee (@stevesbizzs) reported

@Nick62289935 @Xplornet @moseleywilliams I agree Nick, as an Xplornet customer we've had little to no internet for weeks now and the technicians they send out have no explanation. We suspect they've made changes to our service or the traffic management policy is restricting our bandwidth instead of what were paying for

@Xplornet @moseleywilliams my internet issues are being looked into I will remove the tweets if it is resolved

  • MikeWitkowicz Mike Witkowicz (@MikeWitkowicz) reported

@TerryHyra @Xplornet @starlink 1/2 I think all Canadian internet suppliers went to the same school of customer service, it would be titled "how to own a position and piss off your subscribers". BellMTS this week was no better, deal for 2 years to "new" subscribers significantly cheaper for 2 years.
