mal (@malloveryy) reported@mcleodtaylor1 @ShawDirect @Xplornet I'm trying to see if we can get Eastlink now! Between xplornet's awful horrible internet and Shaw's basic package we pay $200 a month. It's unreal. I can't stream a show most nights even with everyone's wifi turned off.

This customer loyalty process is not going to warm me up to accept what you are proposing. The opposite actually.

They have promos now that are palatable and give me something until Fibre arrives next year. It’s sad in this day and age to have these issues
