    Maybe the reason @Xplornet isn't communicating outages is because they are using themselves as an internet provider and their service is down

  • Rob_schick91 Rob Schick (@Rob_schick91) reported

    @Xplornet looks like internet is down in oak bluff Manitoba , any idea when it might be back up?

  • Darsaw1217 Scott Wallace (@Darsaw1217) reported

    @Xplornet Another day - another complete outage south of Picton. No updates from Xplornet- notta!!! This is day 5 - complete outage yesterday and day before. ~ 2 days of outage from 7 am to 6 pm immediately before that. Thinking it’s time to contact local and provincial govt?

    It's a sad day when a company (@Xplornet) can make Bell look good! Spent over an hour on the phone with and Xplornet rep due to internet issues and the best you can do is a July 20 service date. Sidenote, the rep. was professional and my beef isn't with him.

    @Georgieboysmum Options in NB Bell, Rogers and Xplornet X does not offer cell and internet is spotty. In 2020 we called both Rogers and Bell about setting up accounts here in NB, Bell told us they wouldn’t come to the property while we were in quarantine, (2 weeks) Rogers said no problem 🤔

  • awmiller21 Aaron Miller (@awmiller21) reported

    @chrisjgalway @Xplornet Our service has been off and on over the weekend. This after a recent upgrade to ‘faster and more reliable’ (and more expensive!) service.. Yet, @Xplornet will continue to bill.

    @xplornet Price increase for less service...just another predictable day #sh*tservice

  • adampete78 Adam Peters (@adampete78) reported

    @BrentHCameron Xplornet doesn't look so bad now!

  • Dnuttall1985 Dave Nuttall (@Dnuttall1985) reported

    @Xplornet internet's been down 3 days, what's up???

  • Darsaw1217 Scott Wallace (@Darsaw1217) reported

    @Xplornet Internet still down south of Picton. Outage caused by Xplornet. 4 days of outage now. Worst service ever! Don’t see these issues of this magnitude with Bell or Rogers but because we are rural Canadians we are stuck with this useless organization. We need more options.
