@Qualifyfor @Mike_L_Bailey @startca My only option, where I am, is Xplornet. 5 minutes outside of Bancroft and the cell service is so bad, I wouldn't even bother trying a hub again. I'm at the mercy of Xplornet and it sucks.

@Xplornet I contacted your customer support yesterday. I waited 1 hr 25 min on hold to get through. They couldn't help me and said they would pass my issue on to a specialized service team who is not available 24/7. I have yet to hear back. This issue has gone on for three days now.

@Xplornet @thebrain2012 I have been waiting 12 days for a service app't. I have no internet at all. Repeated calls get nowhere but a new promise of an app't. Disgraceful. Did get my monthly invoice on time though. Funny how you never miss that.

@Xplornet No troubleshooting required. Your satellite service is overloaded and useless in its present state. Because it is a single satellite, upgrading capacity is next to impossible. Don’t waste your money folks.

@ProudGrannyCdn I had Xplornet and it was terrible here. It depends where their towers are compared to you.
