@Xplornet 17+ hours of tech support and 2 visits and you’ve made a choice to not help me, we both know you can, you just won’t. Worse? Your employee confirmed it was done for his personal system... yet for me? No way! @APLenehan how can your company allow this unfair treatment?

@xplornet stop throttling beyond what Canadian law allows & lying to customers/Canadians. Its not their router, infrastructure, customers PC, the tower, oversold network. Its deliberately being slowed, throttled& traffic management. Why sell more when u get away with selling less

@jaydotseedot @Activision We live out in the country on a lake with really bad internet from #xplornet with a 50 gig monthly cap. It’s the best we can get. If I had have known it would require 200gig update on a brand new game I never would have gotten it. Frankly I hate the new systems

@Xplornet Put one between colchester and Kingsville please. My kids cannot do their online schooling (it’s the ONLY option at the moment) because our internet is too slow 1mbps at best. $140 a month is criminal. Currently a complete outage had to use all my data to video chat my loved ones

@Xplornet Sold me on a 50mb/1mb unlimited packaged I cancelled within two weeks because my avg speed was around the same as my 10mb/1mb DSL connection. Calling support twice revealed they OVER SOLD the tower even after the install guy said it had a solid connection. Kemptville, ON area.

Explosion in Nashville takes out major infrastructure for AT&T customer, affecting Internet access. Still better access and speeds than @Xplornet. GG, @APLenehan. Your company is literally worse than a company who just got blown up.
