  • JimRoe_Toronto Jim Roe (@JimRoe_Toronto) reported

So, @Xplornet tells an Ontario senior, who has been a customer for years, to risk life and limb by climbing up on an icy roof in the middle of winter to retrieve 10 year old tech or else risk a fine? Really, @Xplornet, really? Friends, please help me amplify this.

  • RRMF13 Rob Ferguson (@RRMF13) reported

@Xplornet So I can sit on hold because you’re “experiencing higher than normal calls” to be told to unplug my power supplies and that the problem is my equipment and I need to buy another router?

  • carlson_mark Mark Carlson (@carlson_mark) reported

@adrienneivey @JamieDumalski @Xplornet I would enjoy the service more if I was allowed to pay my bill “intermittently” or when I felt like it, similarly like the service is being delivered. 10 cents at a time or something like that #xplornetdumpsterfire

  • DaveMunrosCat Dave M 🇨🇦 (@DaveMunrosCat) reported

I'm going to put a deposit on Starlink internet. The location where we purchased land can only be served by regular satelite internet like xplornet. 200 gigs, and they slow your internet down. And its useless for gaming. We use about 10 to 15 gigs daily.

  • IAmJamieAgain Jamie Ellen 🏳️‍⚧️ (@IAmJamieAgain) reported

@FridayInHalifax It's only since late last year that Bell ran a fibre line past our door that we got a usable internet connection. Prior to that there was a Rural Broadband radio connection that was often not much better than dial up, or an xplornet satellite connection, unusable in bad weather.

  • HuronHunter92 Corey M (@HuronHunter92) reported

@Xplornet why does your service suck all the time?.. internet is down
