@Xplornet so you took over CCI ( who had amazing technical support) only to put me on hold for an hour and a half to call me back to put them on hold for another 30 minutes only to hang up on me! We got rid of you the first time for thiS!. Not impressed #CustomerService

16 hours now @Xplornet my internet has been down. It was out for 8 hours yesterday and 5 the day before. My kids are doing distance learning for school and need working internet to do so. Can someone explain why it's been consistently happening for days on end

We have had @Xplornet for about 11 years in our current location. Had them before that too. Up until last January I would give them a minus star review. Now 5 stars! Now if our Telus cell service was as good… Thanks for the incredibly positive changes Xplornet!

@Xplornet Connection down every 30-60 min for the last week. Phone support has a 57 min wait time. Take some of those hundreds of millions we all pay you and buy some ******* support and techs.

Ethernet and I still have lag spikes @Xplornet is truly dog **** imma start paying for a phone hotspot and have hard 60 ping with no lag spikes might as will buy a phone with its only purpose to serve as it own internet

@Xplornet Everytime we call it's the same story. Oh you're signal looks great, I don't see why it disconnects so much blah blah blah. You're tech agents are either not very smart or don't do their job one or the other. Who wants to sit on hold for hours just to be told oh there's nothing

@Xplornet I’m sorry that’s not acceptable. I pay for an internet service you offer, I expect to get at least close to the advertised speeds more often than not. This has not been the case at all. Limit customer sales if your network can’t handle the load.
