    @Xplornet Why didn't you notify your customers of the issues? Keep us posted? Why did it take so long to repair?

    @AnnieClaireBO my service provider (xplornet) still is not participating in the 10$/month connecting families initiative introduced in 2017

  • HilaryChambers1 Northern Chic🇨🇦🌲 (@HilaryChambers1) reported

    @AnnieClaireBO Rural living person. Internet is $140 a month for unreliable sometimes the speed of dial up xplornet or almost $170 per month with starlink. (Also not 100% reliable) in town Bell offers internet for $85 per month that is down more often than it works or so incredibly slow.

    @HoneycutRa @Xplornet Lol, I feel for you on that one. By every coverage map out there, I should have perfectly good service. In reality, being just over the crest of a valley edge/hill, I'm in a hole from even a tower that's just over a mile away. I have to stand on the shop roof to send a text...

  • Jason_hildo Jason Hildebrand (@Jason_hildo) reported

    @Mark_Goldberg @Xplornet @FT_Networks Incoming terrible internet service

  • dejongcropcare Reuben (@dejongcropcare) reported

    @AdamJPfeffer Stop spending so much money on mail outs and actually have a service worth subscribing too! @Xplornet is absolute garbage!!! So glad to dump them

  • HolmesWil William Holmes (@HolmesWil) reported

    @AndStammers @Xplornet They can't provide service, even with towers already in Alberta. Save yourself aggregation and find another provider.

  • JRW34920847 JR W (@JRW34920847) reported

    @Xplornet 1 hour and 3 minutes on hold and Customer Loyalty hung up on me...are you kidding me

  • SudioC Suzanne C (@SudioC) reported

    @VoosieVooters @Xplornet I have heard that. But we have very limited options in our rural location. We currently get service - if we are lucky - up to 3Mbps
