JJ Temple (@pcman87654) reported@xplore_ca Still blows my mind how you can't update your customers during the outage but you'll share posts about bald eagles casually. Was on hold for over 3 hours trying to figure out what was going on and didn't get through to anybody.

Over 5 years of bad service and being lied to now being told Im 30 KMS from the closest tower? Who was allowed to sell me this trash. Maybe i can move closer if you pay my rent right?

Allan Wilson (@uncleal13) reported@CoryBMorgan I had Xplornet, worked great for a few years, then it would bog down in the evenings as everyone in the area was streaming video. I switched to Statlink, works much better. Currently here in Saskatchewan in my village there are crews going through running the main fiberoptic lines and should have it to all the residences sometime in the summer. I'll be switching to the fibre when I can. I like Starlink, but I don't think it is sustainable, when it is up to full capacity, to continuously launch 3,000 satellites a year to maintain a fleet of 15,000. They are low earth orbit. Meaning each satellite can only stay in orbit about 5-7 years, then it comes down and burns up.

Joe Jansen (@joejansen1) reported@kevinki16180099 @Shawridgefarm @RSHFarms I've had starlink for 7-8 years.. never had an issue longer than an hour outage.. Watching the Pink Pony Pole Massacre show of Xplornet and government funded shenanigans.. glad we went the route we did.

High Caliber (@RealHICALIBER) reported@PersonNotGroup @TheQuartering We got the same service Jeremy has (starlink) or we couldn't have done what he did. We found 52 acres WAAAAY up in the rockies, no cell coverage at all, but we needed internet of course. Xplornet was the only previous option, and not at all reliable.

Website navigation seems intentional, hard to find. Had to Google search about cancelation in order to find out it is over the phone only. Is that legal? 1/2

Derek McLean (@dmclean82) reported@xplore_ca so far a 24 hour service outage in my area. No notifications from xplore as to why, or how long. Just wasting space talking about electric cars. For anyone else tired of this company please file a complaint with ccts and maybe better business bureau.
