@Xplornet Make it sound like you'd send in techs to fix xplornet's duct taped failing infrastructure and it's only this year you've been failing as an ISP.... xplornet is a terrible ISP. #cancelxplornet

  • laethyn Sean Sopata (@laethyn) reported

@ElvisCavalic @TekSavvyBuzz @CBCNews I often run at dial-up speeds. And the issue is that a 600$ hardware cost is an entry price far too high for many people. And again: xplornet -> 120 Bell -> 140 Starlink -> 120 All with similar top bit speeds and latency. Only one of them has an upfront cost.

  • ElvisCavalic Elvis (@ElvisCavalic) reported

@Pete09904393 @TekSavvyBuzz @CBCNews There is nothing to suggest that the Xplornet management would behave any different is the problem. I don't have a problem with them existing or renting the network, but they don't actually try to improve rural connectivity, they just ***** about big telecom.

  • Cheford1 Brett Weston (@Cheford1) reported

@Rogers please for the love of god brings service to my area. We have a whole subdivision 1km away, another subdivision 3km away, all in the same road and you skipped over the 20 houses where I live. PLEASE save us from @Xplornet’s terrible internet service!

  • JessicaStitchm1 Jessica Stitchman (@JessicaStitchm1) reported

@Xplornet how can you be accepting new customers when you can’t adequately provide service for the ones you already have?

  • SmevyBean Matrixxxツ (@SmevyBean) reported

@Xplornet I'm good, the support does jackshit since your internet is trash.

  • stevesbizzs Stephen Lee (@stevesbizzs) reported

@Nick62289935 @Xplornet @moseleywilliams I agree Nick, as an Xplornet customer we've had little to no internet for weeks now and the technicians they send out have no explanation. We suspect they've made changes to our service or the traffic management policy is restricting our bandwidth instead of what were paying for

  • thepooppack mas (@thepooppack) reported

now that all xplornet customers are leaving the service just got better??? so ur tellin me there was too many people

  • RuralAtheist RuralAtheist (@RuralAtheist) reported

Pretty sure having near zero internet on a daily basis from my 25M @Xplornet service is not normal. Nor are the thousands and thousands of people complaining daily about how horrible xplornet support is. Maintenance done on Monday seems to have destroyed even the 4M I was getting

  • Braydoon04 Braydan Partridge (@Braydoon04) reported
