This guy says the leaves on the trees make it an "unsuitable location for high-speed". Did the tower move? No. My house? No.

Tibalt Ablaze. (@Ansovald) reported@xplore_ca Found the issue, you guys did some tower work in my area during the day but still had no internet when I got home late Friday, the issue was the cable that ran from dish on my roof to my power box ( p.o.e box) came unplugged.

Slow speeds, high cost, no customer support. What exactly am I paying these criminal rates for?
