@Xplornet People wondering why they keep doing this, it's for 2 reasons. 1: Xplornet keeps trying to bury unhappy customers' replies, like this. 2: They'll try and use this to push the narrative that they are working for Canadians. Not going to work since they never show their actual work.

@Xplornet why does it take over an hour to just load one email?! I have been trying to send my end of day report and the wifi keeps cutting out and it’s happening to my whole household. We shouldn’t be paying what we are for the quality of service yall provide.

  • StephenPunwasi Stephen Punwasi (@StephenPunwasi) reported

@DrTed77 Xplornet was $150 for 100 GB/month for a quarter the speed, with latency so bad you couldn’t do video conferencing. They only upgraded this year after competition, and it’s still way worse.

  • IainReid10 Iain Reid (@IainReid10) reported

In the past I posted negative tweets about my @Xplornet service. Last Saturday night we had an @Xplornet outage. After the outage (which happened at midnight so no major impact) my download speed has been restored! I waited until today to be sure it stayed this way. (1/2)

@Xplornet You can save yourself money by running your own tin cans and string rather than calling that number. Avoid xplornet, they're bad. You will regret it.

@elonmusk @Tesmanian_com Need service badly. Sometimes it takes me 30 min to watch a 5 min 240p YouTube video. I signed up in Province of Ontario. Xplornet satellite internet sucks.
