    @Xplornet Internet is literally unusable, support tells me that I have to wait 10 business days for the chance of having somebody come to our house and try and fix it. Worst company ever.

    I worked for years as a Cust Svc Rep in a call center. I'm not sure I've ever heard of customer service as poor as we've received from @Xplornet. If you still feel we are not worth your time, I will be calling on Wednesday to end our relationship. Thank you. Have a good day

    So @Xplornet goes from crap service to no service. Got an email from Starlink the other day. Going to check it out now.
