We now got Access Internet in our town (which i still can't Access, due to Geo issues) it's getting better. Bless Starlink for Accessibility

Mark Carruthers (@MarkC_Avgi) reported@jzantinge2 @KenSchaus We had Xplornet from the time of them first offering service in our area &, after being without any internet for 2 months in 2020, we changed to another non-Bell / non-Rogers internet service provider. Fibre has been laid in our area to be connected soon.

Both suck, however, many in the area have said their Xplornet signal became better when some users switched to Starlink. They are roughly the same, but nowhere near as good as fibre optic in the cities.

High Caliber (@RealHICALIBER) reported@PersonNotGroup @TheQuartering We got the same service Jeremy has (starlink) or we couldn't have done what he did. We found 52 acres WAAAAY up in the rockies, no cell coverage at all, but we needed internet of course. Xplornet was the only previous option, and not at all reliable.

They have promos now that are palatable and give me something until Fibre arrives next year. It’s sad in this day and age to have these issues
