Website navigation seems intentional, hard to find. Had to Google search about cancelation in order to find out it is over the phone only. Is that legal? 1/2

G. Louise (@Shuswapgigi) reported@MrStache9 We have Starlink and we like it. We live rural so our options were limited and what we had was very poor in both cost and effectiveness. Starlink was super easy to set up and works reliably well. It costs us $156 a month which is more that xplornet but I wouldn't go back!

far apart & close at heart (@lundhillbilly) reportedJust became a @SpaceXStarlink customer. Instead of the horribly slow wifi from xplornet, paying for 25 mb and actually only getting 10-15 on a good day, we now have 174+ mb. I don’t know what to say!! Get #Starlink!

Over 5 years of bad service and being lied to now being told Im 30 KMS from the closest tower? Who was allowed to sell me this trash. Maybe i can move closer if you pay my rent right?

And why wouldn't you warn people that the equipment is overheating so you had to power it down, instead of just shutting it off without saying anything and causing chaos???

Total bullshit. Most people like myself have waited 18 years for something dependable and fast. Xplornet sucks plain and simple
