    @Xplornet The usual canned response. This is not a question about my account but your response regarding all of the Xplornet accounts left without service due to the Rogers outage. They are providing compensation equal to five days of service. What are you doing?

    Phone is Rogers and internet is xplornet. That’s why I still read the papers. Unreliable, but they’re all bad.

    @Xplornet @alrodford Rogers is discounting customers the equivalent of five days to compensate for the outage. Is @Xplornet extending a comparable discount to its customers?
