    @Xplornet I've done this several times. They can help basically said I'm sorry and gave me a credit. That's great for this month but I'm seriously getting charged 90 bucks a month for this garbage.

    @partspaul @Michell25471779 @Xplornet I've had my starlink now for a few months. No issues at all. Gaming works, and I've been on a bunch of Teams meetings that have lasted longer than 4 hours each. It's been wonderful.

    @Xplornet How many times must I call before you people get it right? The insult came today when I called and told I had to pay for the tech to come if I didn't do trouble shoot over the phone. I've done enough troubleshooting thanks.

    @Xplornet I've had no internet for 4 days. All I can do is phone your tech support in India who tell me "It will be fixed soon". Very unhappy.
