@redwoodacres Yes our @Xplornet hasn’t been good lately and our @TELUS cell service has been worse than the original flip phone service. How do these companies get away with this? I’ve asked Telus and they always just say they know they have a problem.

  • kevdevlyn Kevin Porter (@kevdevlyn) reported

@Xplornet Watch the videos at 2 in the morning when you’re not throttling the internet or the best option is cancel your **** service and go to Starlink. Haven’t and any buffing problems since.

  • JessicaDoyle Jessica Doyle (@JessicaDoyle) reported

@TalkingNB @CBCNB @ONBCanada Agreed. My internet is awful. I have no choice but to use Xplornet while I wait for Starlink to arrive. Too bad nbgov invested another $40,000,000 into Xplornet tech that is already outdated before it’s even installed on the ground. Starlink would have cost a fraction of this.

  • BCrowston Bryan Crowston (@BCrowston) reported

@Norlaine @UncleRee1 You must be a Xplornet customer.

  • GerardCooke8 Gerard Cooke (@GerardCooke8) reported

@Nick62289935 @Xplornet You are correct Nick. I have called them many times to re boot and trouble shoot but the service never gets any faster. I am paying for UP TO to 50 but have never got much passed 20. The other night I had less then 1 and couldn’t even watch a movie.

  • cbraedley Charles Braedley (@cbraedley) reported

@katebraedley @Xplornet @MunColchester God damn it! That's how angry I am about this whole situation...I cant even read a calendar correctly!

  • JessicaDoyle Jessica Doyle (@JessicaDoyle) reported

@lynayanb Too bad these so called economic agencies didn’t spend $700,000 plus on 73,000 Starlink’s at a grand a pop so us current rural inhabitants could have reliable internet. But wait NBgov will continue to prop up Xplornet with Millions for old tech.

  • Nep03034037 Nep (@Nep03034037) reported

@Xplornet Um no im not wasting my time to be on hold for 5 hours then be told its the damn weather

  • DTimchishen Darcy Timchishen (@DTimchishen) reported

@Xplornet blocked my reply to their promotion. I asked why they would offer better service for new customers. If they looked after existing customers then new customers would just flow in.

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

@AnjaKaradeglija You’re assuming anyone wants those wireless assets. They could do like in Manitoba and force Xplornet to accept the spectrum and some towers and make a token network serving 10 customers so Federal govt can still claim 4 carriers.
