Given this I want to cancel my account but you won't let me do this until I speak to your loyalty department.

This customer loyalty process is not going to warm me up to accept what you are proposing. The opposite actually.

Gerard Cooke (@GerardCooke8) reported@xplore_ca I have called tech support 50 times and they can’t fix the issue. It’s too many customers on the Pugwash Nova Scotia tower. You can’t fix my problem till you fix the tower. Most of the people in my area are switching over to star link. I will too this spring.
