I did that yesterday and got the message that our area was having issues so they were aware of it. You are aware of the issues!!

Brett Weston (@Cheford1) reported@Rogers please for the love of god brings service to my area. We have a whole subdivision 1km away, another subdivision 3km away, all in the same road and you skipped over the 20 houses where I live. PLEASE save us from @Xplornet’s terrible internet service!

Nick (@Nick62289935) reported@starkinly @Xplornet Yes, Sara. It is. You will deal with outages and extreme slow speeds ALL THE TIME. And when you call to troubleshoot the issue too many times, they will BLOCK your phone number to stop you from calling like they did with me. They will still take your money though.
