@Xplornet Well aware of your tech. support number, committed to memory due to the frequency of me having to use it. Tbh I am just not prepared to call, wait, select prompts and wait another hour or more for a call back. Not how I want to spend my evening.

@Xplornet It may be just the beginning of winter, and some Xplornet customers have gone south for winter but this particular Xplornet customer remains in Canada to face the terrible service. #CancelExplornet

@Xplornet For anyone thinking about becoming a customer...These guys relplied to my CCTS complaint about lack of speed indicating that THEY KNOW that they CAN'T PROVIDE what they are charging me for because of a KNOWN ISSUE WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT This is IN WRITING.

@Xplornet has to be some of the worst internet I’ve ever encountered. And when you call they tell you they don’t know when it’s going to be fixed. “Could be 2 days, could be 2 weeks” is not a reasonable answer.
