@Xplornet charging a mileage fee to fix the internet connection "because of my location" is a **** move. Isn't satellite internet service for those who have no other option (usually meaning remote!?!?!)

@Xplornet can someone explain why a house with no service for 3 yrs still gets charged every month, and then you will not credit the time back? #poor service # wouldnotreccomend

@very_sherrie @Xplornet I don’t know what the problem is to be honest. It seems each call there is another reason. We are not paying for the month of august. So you can probably get the month free - but it doesn’t cover the cost of all the data being used. So frustrating!

@Xplornet LTE home internet service is maddening...tower is down yet again in McGregor...how are we not given a bill credit during outage periods...why don't you have a service that sends outages to customers by text or email! 🧐🙄🫤
