No better than before, except it hasn't disappeared for over a month....yet. Hope you have better luck.

Elon Tusk (@Elon_R_Tusk) reported@Xplornet #Saskatchewan residents can get a LOT more bandwidth and actually be able to use Netflix by switching to @SpaceX #Starlink systems. Xplornet is high latency, high cost, bad value.
