@Xplornet Why? I cancelled your bad service years ago, FOR THE SAME ISSUE. And now you've bought CCI, I'm forced to pay more than you advertise, for bad service. Because I'm now a "new" customer. I'd rather get a ROOT CANAL, then "troubleshoot" with you.

Hey Justin, You can stop wasting our hard earned money on Xplornet and Bell upgrades. We have Starlink, a reliable internet service without the help of the government.

@B2Bspecialist @Xplornet Happened to us a few years ago, no internet for three weeks, repeated service calls. Turned out Xplornet had taken their equipment off the tower we and dozens of others were pointing at without telling any customers or local service techs it was gone.

Thankfully #Xplornet has a reasonable service offering because Bell & Rogers both cap their rural wireless plans at 50GB/month and charge more per month than I pay for unlimited...

@Xplornet always same thing I get higher cost plans to give me better max speeds then hardware tower node handling capacities exceeded latencies of 5000 ms & choppy intermittent connections Calls to tech support have never resolved the issues; boils down to deficient network
