@mogrant61 It was a far larger problem during her brief tenure as Premier. After that LTE smarthubs and more extensive Xplornet coverage were options; and Starlink is about to be widely available filling the rest of the gaps.

@Xplornet using my sons hotspot before he goes to work. My internet has been done for 15 hours!! 3045 county rd 30 Codrington Ontario Every week I'm without internet for hours and hours. I have an internet phone so no, I cant call because I have NO service.

@Piccia @Xplornet To be fair, we are on a wireless system, and it isn't always this slow, but we would kill for 600mbps. I can't even imagine how fast that must be. Like blinky-fast!

@XplornetES #FunFactFriday Xplornet is the worst internet provider on planet earth, and are doing their best to make sure that Canada will never feature in that list by taking your money and refusing to provide an internet service.

@Xplornet @chriswtburke A) they're not sorry, and B) if you do provide them with your account info, they'll block you from contacting support in the future. This company provides an awful service, and then refuses to actually offer any support or assistance.

@Xplornet haha, note the "up to" in there - in reality, what you'll get is 2mb for 18 hours a day, and zero connection for the other 6. If you want awful service, and even worse customer support, then sure, give Xplornet a call.

@Xplornet I did the restart Customer Prem Demarc equipment as well as any firewall/router for home wifi etc here & nothing worked to solve it I used the login to the modem provided & checked stats there also and nothing changed It was data traffic congestion due oversold network hardware

@Sportsnet You black me out in Alberta, for Alberta games. I live in the country, 20 minutes outside of Edmonton on Xplornet. Your customer service doesn't reply to my emails. How do I get this resolved? Do NOT recommend this service for Xplornet users. #frustrated
