@Xplornet I pay $155 a month for a business plan I can’t use. Tethering in through my phone has become a way of life just to be able to download emails. Your service needs an overhaul.

@Xplornet I’ve tried three times today to get through on your phone line, and can’t get through in a timely manner — some of us actually have to work to pay the exhorbitant cost of internet service that we aren’t getting.

@Xplornet I am not the only one having these issues, and the only reason that your company is getting away with this is that you are the ONLY option for most people in rural Manitoba.

@Jenn_MacDonald_ @Xplornet when I asked for a tech to come out they tried charging me $140 to fix my service and another $40 for mileage.

@Xplornet Did *you* know that we don't really care all that much about these little distractions you like to post and would much rather you fixed your network so we had reliable and consistent service, and told us about that instead?

@Xplornet Sure you do — after I wait on hold for half an hour, to be told to “unplug it and plug it back in again” — tried that. Didn’t work. The problem is at YOUR end, and I think we BOTH know what it is — your company claims to not oversell your capacity, but that is what is happening.
