@Xplornet Can you find out the nature of the problem? Are they waiting for parts as there should have been a better recovery plan. An outage this long is not acceptable when connectivity is so critical for customers now.

@Xplornet @XploreMobile I've had Xplornet for 3 years and never once defaulted on a payment. I explained my situation to them now and that I am waiting on a tax return and I had to get a couple of months behind on the Xplornet payments. They sent me a message they're cutting me off. I would like to make everyone I can reach aware that @Xplornet is utterly useless in the realm of customer service. Truly terrible - a class of their own. Knowing them, they might publicly respond to this tweet pretending that they want to help, only to deliver nothing of value.

@elonmusk Totally dissatisfied with @Xplornet and their high-orbit, unreliable solution (and terrible customer service!). Just ordered a Starlink kit and hoping for the best! All I really need is for it to work, in some capacity, much of the time.
