@Xplornet It's down again and this service is absolutely ridiculious. The simple fact you try and advertise "good service" and it has been down two times this week.

@Xplornet Seriously we are experiencing issues again. Went down for extensive maintence Fri and today they are investigating issues again!! Service has been terrible. Maybe if we would get a credit for the downtime it wouldnt hurt so much!!!!

@jgreig @adrienneivey Xplornet is the only option here. With 4 kids online schooling we had to pay for two dishes and two plans to get minimal access for the 4 of them even though one should have been more than enough if Xplornet had any intention of living up to their advertised service levels

@Xplornet You could have been a lot more proactive in notifying your users and let them know you were working on it. This isn't the first time and I doubt it will be the last. Your internet service is meh at best, your customer service is just the worst!

@StarBuck_83 @Xplornet It's laughable how bad they are really. I have American friends that tell me my adventures with Xplornet eclipse their own adventure with ISPs such as Comcast, and I've heard some terrible things about them. It's ok, I ordered Starlink today. Fingers crossed it works here.

Even he knows Xplornet's network is a flaming trash heap that 20x too many people are connected to, and all he can do is sympathize. But there is light at the end of this dark tunnel, and it will put a smile on my face the day I get the email saying "your Starlink has shipped!"

@woody_VA Same here. Many of my neighbours have already left Bell's old copper. 😐 I have someone coming out this week to see if I have line-of-sight to get Xplornet's LTE service. Download speeds advertised as "up to 50 Mbps" and some neighbours are currently getting that. 🤞

@Xplornet Not for long. Xplornet is a terrible ISP, avoid them at all costs. However, farmers and everybody else who's stuck with xplornet, there's an alternative coming soon. Hit them where xplorne cares, their pocketbook. #Starlink #cancelxplornet
