So, I ask an honest question of @Xplornet - what are you doing to address your overburdened LTE service? Forget the corporate speak, subterfuge, key messaging & the oh so dreaded, “Please contact our customer support.”Instead, provide a true answer so we can decide to stay or go.

@AnnDeer4 @Xplornet I have and they quickly gave me a $15/month credit for 6 months. But I almost don’t care - it’s the speed and dependability I need, not a relatively menial and temporary savings in service. I think that’s also telling how they gave the discount so effortlessly.

@Xplornet @SucksXplornet I don’t know how anyone is expected to do google meets for school when your internet is such ****... my kid can’t hear his teacher because the internet is glitching..

I feel like @Xplornet and similar rural internet companies are the modern equivalent of Blockbuster, and guys like @elonmusk with @SpaceX’s Starlink are Netflix. The former simply can’t see the train coming down the tracks. Stop ignoring your customers’ needs! 7/

Chris Hammer (@hammer4974) reported from South Frontenac, Ontario
@Xplornet many internet users of your service in @SthFrontenacTwp having internet issues and getting kicked off? Is there too much of a surge on the system? @SFrontenac

@APLenehan our local tower has had “known issues” for four years now. Our internet doesn’t work at all now. According to xplornet, there are no plans to fix the tower. This is the worst service I have ever seen. 10 kB/s now. This is shameful.

The tragic thing is we get used to @Xplornet’s shitty service, we sit there, and we take it. We become complacent, and we say: “Well, tonight it only took 1 min to buffer a movie.” “I think those pixels are faces.” “It only paused or froze 10 times over 2 hours.” 13/

@fordnation At least four weeks.🙄 Is that the same as when @Xplornet sells speeds up to 25 Mbps and never delivers?

@AndyBlizzard87 I hear ya. I was with WTC for years near Sunbury but after our last move they didn’t have coverage in our current rural area. We were forced to choose @Xplornet, who have been hit and miss, but over the last 1-2 years they’ve been brutal because they flooded their LTE service.

@Xplornet Everytime we call it's the same story. Oh you're signal looks great, I don't see why it disconnects so much blah blah blah. You're tech agents are either not very smart or don't do their job one or the other. Who wants to sit on hold for hours just to be told oh there's nothing

Mayor of Thunderhill (@Mullin_95) reported
Xplornet is down , technician needs to be sent out. **** this company and their bullshit. Starlink 2022 can’t come fast enough @Xplornet. The modem hadn’t moved in 3 years , how’s it in the wrong spot now !? 0 wind and clear skies. Football Sunday = ruined. *****.

@Xplornet And my internet is out again. Im not calling tech support for a fourth time. Fix it
-
Milha (@MilhaPasit) reported
@Xplornet I've spent way too much time and energy getting "assistance" repeatedly calling. Speaking to someone doesn't help when lies keep changing every time and nothing ever gets resolved. It only causes more stress and wastes time until another #fraudulent payment comes out. #Scam

Michel Benoit (@BenoitFamFarm) reported
Hey @Xplornet thanks for buying out CCI and making an already ****** Internet service even more ******! Yikes. Come on Starlink…get over here @elonmusk
-
Nate Mcintyre (@nmcintyre1986) reported
@Xplornet I’m sorry that’s not acceptable. I pay for an internet service you offer, I expect to get at least close to the advertised speeds more often than not. This has not been the case at all. Limit customer sales if your network can’t handle the load.

Nate Mcintyre (@nmcintyre1986) reported
@Xplornet It’s out right now again. I’ve called tech support multiple times. I keep getting told it’s a congestion flag. Every person I’ve spoken with tells me it’s getting fixed and gives me a date further in the future. I’ve had enough #starlink

@Xplornet No internet in Niagara on the Lake for 4 hours. Wait time for tech support on the phone is 84 minutes. I guess this is what $130 a month gets you👎👎

@Xplornet is there a schedule to the technical support phone line? I haven't been able to reach anyone after 1.5 hours and counting
