I feel like @Xplornet and similar rural internet companies are the modern equivalent of Blockbuster, and guys like @elonmusk with @SpaceX’s Starlink are Netflix. The former simply can’t see the train coming down the tracks. Stop ignoring your customers’ needs! 7/

  • gbdmedia Brad Duffy (@gbdmedia) reported from South Frontenac, Ontario

@APLenehan our local tower has had “known issues” for four years now. Our internet doesn’t work at all now. According to xplornet, there are no plans to fix the tower. This is the worst service I have ever seen. 10 kB/s now. This is shameful.

@AndyBlizzard87 I hear ya. I was with WTC for years near Sunbury but after our last move they didn’t have coverage in our current rural area. We were forced to choose @Xplornet, who have been hit and miss, but over the last 1-2 years they’ve been brutal because they flooded their LTE service.

So, I ask an honest question of @Xplornet - what are you doing to address your overburdened LTE service? Forget the corporate speak, subterfuge, key messaging & the oh so dreaded, “Please contact our customer support.”Instead, provide a true answer so we can decide to stay or go.

@Bill5250 @Xplornet I have done this! Supposed to be before the end of 2021... Until then, I have to deal with providers who don't actually care about keeping me as a customer.

  • legs_bow Bow Legs (@legs_bow) reported

@reikokoyama79 @Xplornet I have Telus in town - the Flames/Oilers game last night was 'jumpy'. Poor performance by the provider.

  • billb001 BB (@billb001) reported

@Xplornet “please reach out to our 24/7 Technical Support at 1-866-841-6001.” BWAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, They can’t fix what you can’t or won’t deliver.

Pt.2: im currently with @Xplornet where I am consistently only receiving 30kb/s when they are supposed to be giving 1mb/s, would really love to leave this terrible service asap, however when I look on the app for starlink it just says that its expected mid to late 2021, with no

  • mitchv667 Mitch VanderBoom (@mitchv667) reported

  • RGDancingMan @RGDancingMan (@RGDancingMan) reported from Thorne, Québec

Hey Picanoc. Your internet service is still down in Ladysmith, Quebec. I am not the only client inconvenienced. I, and many others, have to rely on the internet to work remotely. Are you trying to compete with Xplornet for the worst service reliability rating?

  • FPSCiliberti ChrisC (@FPSCiliberti) reported

@Xplornet You have had ample opportunity to review our account. Xplornet was good when it was Netset. Now it sucks. Usually I shut off my wifi when I get home at night and my data with Telus works great! Would never recommend @Xplornet
