    @downdetector xplornet very awful today. My College son can't do his schoolwork. He's paying for his courses and we're paying xplornet for service that is not good everyday. I could understand once in awhile but this is ridiculous--BTW, it's not our equipment.

    Dear men everywhere: calling a woman "dear" is not a way of showing her respect. I might let my mother call me dear, but certainly not someone I have never met who is supposed to be a professional. #xplornetsucks @Xplornet you need to educate your dealers.

    @BellAliant internet issues again. Called Tech Sup. When I asked agent to repeat her name her response was to say she was authorized to discontinue call. I guess @Xplornet it will be. Time and frustration just not worth it.
