    @DarkElfLX @EricMPaq @Xplornet They've been pretty awful to deal with since she got the internet, but this is just a new level of ridiculous. I just can't imagine, as a company, expecting anyone to uninstall tech, let alone seniors in rural areas.

    @redwoodacres @hugewalleye @Chris_bauer_LL Ouch. I think we will keep what we have as its been pretty good. Way better than the Xplornet crap we had 10 yrs ago.

    @dennydenny1020 Have two outstanding support tickets waiting for a reply from @SpaceXStarlink. That is going to be the concern with the system. No support. When it was working it kicked our Xplornet LTE to the curb. Hope I get a call from support soon.

    @Xplornet We continue to have connection problems with a 30 minute wait time to technical support.

    @Xplornet I can't believe that you won't let me cancel without going through to your loyalty department with a 30 minutes... Completely unacceptable service. According to CRTC Internet Code section G section 3 all I need to do is inform you that I would like to cancel.
