    @OrenCairns Best thing I did 2 years ago….and I had the business package from Xplornet….and they had zero service skills!

    @xplore_ca The last few days our speeds have been between .5 and 1 not much works at that speed and in April they are increasing rates because we get such amazing service NOT

    @kevinki16180099 My internet is $50.00/month, I would think yours should be similar. Anything to do with xplornet is not good, horrible company & service.

    @xplore_ca Oh ya? 3 calls to cancel advising AH was deceased and offered death certificate. Still got billed another month and called only to have agent demand to speak to my dead father. Two calls later and it is cancelled. 5 calls total to cancel.

    @xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 My service is so ****** at this point. I don't know weather to buy my own tower for lines or just off myself in the name of Xplornet. THIS IS CANADA how can your service be so ******* bad

    @xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 IM watching my signal go from 16-17 -15 SINR AND THIS IS ACCEPTABLE what..... my internet stutters and lags when it hits that low. Hands down worst service.

    @xplore_ca wow, you charge $75 for someone to come to my house to test and see if I can get service. and if I can't, then I have to pay the $75, but if there's service available at my house I don't have to pay the $75 for the test. what in the hell is that? Gross.

    @elonmusk @SpaceX Cancelling, been waiting 2 years, and now data caps and throttling? I can get that garbage from Xplornet now.

    I had @xplornet, the service was terrible, usually single digit download speeds when it worked at all, so I canceled it. I am 73 years old and they expect me to climb up on my roof to retrieve a piece off the dish or they are going to charge me $500. #xplornetsucks
