@shannbil @Xplornet @SpaceXStarlink At my work we have a lot of rural customers on Xplornet and I’ve never heard someone say one good thing about them. Starlink definitely seems the way. Hopefully they can sort out the issues with their satellites being visible in the night sky 👍

@Xplornet didn’t replace their faulty equipment like I asked them to do months ago, said I just needed a realignment. Now it’s completely broken and I’m still expected to pay full price for a service I won’t be getting at all until at least Tuesday. #xplornetsucks

So @xplornet called me with a "solution," are you ready to hear it? They can't give me access to the internet 24/7, or an upload speed of more than .879 MB per second (when it does work), but they're giving me a small credit on my bill for the next three months. 🤨

@Xplornet Another night with dropped service. Still not service all for an on-site tech visit. Spent 40 min on the phone (likely not as pleasant as I would have liked to have been). Going to bed, and hope the service is better in the morning.

@Xplornet Your internet is down horrible. We only get a tenth of what we are supposed to get, and I can't even play a simple 5 minute game of Destiny. You better update your service soon with higher speeds, and lower latency. Starlink will put you guys out of business in a second

@DohfuVFX @Xplornet We just switched to a new provider. Much faster, $30 less per month, and works 24/7 whereas xplornet wouldn’t work every few hours snd when it worked it was usually much slower than we paid for. We couldnt watch netflix or work from cottage with xplornet, so slow/unreliable.

@SaskTel @Xplornet @MyAccessCA should be investing in rural communities for better internet services and tens of thousands of rural customers wouldn’t opt to support a certain California company for our internet. 1/2
