@CadeTreacy @Xplornet @elonmusk I haven’t heard a single bad review. Glad we held off on getting a Telus hub, they ended up not being all they were cracked up to be in our area.

  • Qualifyfor Aatos Lehtila (@Qualifyfor) reported

@DougAlder When contracts to bring internet to rural areas were opened up, only one company applied, Xplornet, and their service is worse than Bell's.

  • Qualifyfor Aatos Lehtila (@Qualifyfor) reported

@Mike_L_Bailey @startca I am technically in Belleville, but only because of Harris. I'm actually in the country with nothing that resembles a cable within 2 km. DSL failed because of crappy wires that were not being maintained. Xplornet was terrible. No 5G out here either and Bell is throttling I think

  • sharonhoyes Sharon Hoyes (@sharonhoyes) reported

@MaureenParent7 @Xplornet Sounds about right. A few months ago @Xplornet did a fix on our tower. Service was great and what we were paying for, for 2 days. Then they notified us of second ‘fix’ and results have been poor again since then. Clearly they can deliver, just won’t.

  • manyra Keri-Anne Lawton (@manyra) reported

@ChubbyChucks Yeah, I was not happy but I had little choice b/c xplornet couldn’t find a signal and I didn’t want another stupid satellite. Smarthub is based on cell tech. Super easy to set up.

  • SeanGemm Shawn Jemmett (@SeanGemm) reported

@lara_stovern what do you use for Internet? I have Xplornet at camp but it is almost not usable during the summer months and most evenings. Texts barely go through. Some neighbours are getting Starlink but would be an issue for me during the winter because we are on solar.

  • DeanTiegs Dean Tiegs (@DeanTiegs) reported

@Xplornet - Was on hold for over 2 h to speak to one of your agents about a service problem. Is this normal? What is your company's target for hold times?

  • BalogSusan Susan Balog (@BalogSusan) reported

@LimestoneDSB Now day 15 with unstable internet. Xplornet needs to get going. We've been patient but enough is enough. This is the big rural internet provider !

  • BrentAnderson10 Brent Anderson (@BrentAnderson10) reported

@LongReacher @Xplornet Welcome to the struggles of life with satellite internet during online learning. There a chance the weather is bad in Saskatchewan. Thats what I was told when I called once.

  • DavisonHawk Hawk Davison (@DavisonHawk) reported

@Xplornet SUCKS 8 YEARS OF B.S...THANK GOD FOR STARLINK. BUH BYE! LETS GO STARLINK!
