Sadly we have a very bad , but expensive internet connection through Xplornet , so can’t work from home . Not only slow but unreliable; room for improvement; but as long as the government let only two businesses ( Rogers,Bell ) harvest the money , nothing will change .

@AdryanBorins @Xplornet @DominicNST Same here Adrian - must work from home. So many of us got impacted last week. No apology from Xplornet- nothing. Just saw posting on down detector that Xplornet did not want to send a tech today. Thought to myself - are we back in 1922?

Another day, another @Xplornet outage. Multiple day outages in Prince Edward County continue. What is the status @Xplornet? What are you doing to support your customers? When will our service resume???

  • Rob_schick91 Rob Schick (@Rob_schick91) reported

@Xplornet looks like internet is down in oak bluff Manitoba , any idea when it might be back up?

  • chrisjgalway Chris Galway (@chrisjgalway) reported

Maybe the reason @Xplornet isn't communicating outages is because they are using themselves as an internet provider and their service is down

  • judlill Julli (@judlill) reported

@Xplornet So you can tie up my time and not fix the service we get 😡 I’ll be calling to cancel and switch to #starlink look after the customers you have already!! Internet down again tonight

  • awmiller21 Aaron Miller (@awmiller21) reported

@chrisjgalway @Xplornet Our service has been off and on over the weekend. This after a recent upgrade to ‘faster and more reliable’ (and more expensive!) service.. Yet, @Xplornet will continue to bill.

  • dusttheliberal2 “Fringe Minority” Bill🇨🇦 (@dusttheliberal2) reported

Am I the only rural Canadian that is getting pissed off with the promise of high speed internet from this bullshit government? @Xplornet is what we are stuck with, a government funded bloodsucking monopoly that provides garbage for internet

  • Darsaw1217 Scott Wallace (@Darsaw1217) reported

@Xplornet Internet still down south of Picton. Outage caused by Xplornet. 4 days of outage now. Worst service ever! Don’t see these issues of this magnitude with Bell or Rogers but because we are rural Canadians we are stuck with this useless organization. We need more options.

  • RichardBethell Richard Bethell (@RichardBethell) reported

@Xplornet Please restore service in Prince Edward County

  • gbeldam Greg Beldam (@gbeldam) reported

Day 4 of no internet in all of PEC from @Xplornet finally got an auto call saying it was out in the region and they were trying to “diagnose and fix the problem” 🙄
